Also will mean the Canadian floatation price per share will sound better than if they had just done a 1 for 1. Nobody loses, you will still get the same percentage of the Company post deal that you own today, just presentation, sensible move.

The 0.1 per share isnt complicated, simply means a fewer number of shares but an identical % shareholding in the Company post transaction, nobody loses anything, just don't have to talk about holding millions of shares anymore, instead thousands of shares, get it?

I just think the way it's been done is so complicated. We are only going to get 0.1 in new company. So for what I understand I have 644000 minco shares but will only get 64400 in new company. Surely the price of the new company would have to be 90% higher once it starts trading or we'll lose money.

well, I can't see it falling back too much if they are buying 100K+ everyday. 500K last time! It's now well above anything I was expecting anyway. I was really happy with 80p.

Should have the EGM announcement pretty soon. They have to stick to a tight timeline now the offer has been made.

Black Rock remain keen on Dalradian increasing their holding most days it seems. They now hold in excess of 11%. Good news on the Buchans demerger/ DNA takeover soon please. Good luck all.

It says in the offer announcement you get your DNA shares just a few days after the Record Date/Effective Date. So you won't have to wait ages for your holding to become tradable again.

I've never tested this out to be honest, but if you own shares in a company that is dual listed like DNA, it's possible to buy or sell on either market (if you can). It's not just fixed to one or the other.

As for the delisting question. I think it will be suspended on the Record Date, then you'll be given the dates for the issue of DNA/Buchans shares and the delisting.

It doesn't matter which shares aim/tsxv as both can be held in an isa.

There maybe some form of election or they may assume everyone wants aim stock as Minco is on AIM or tsxv as Buchans will likely list there - no idea!

Shezza- I am probably be being dim- how do you get a value of 4p, without ascribing value to Buchans assets, if the value of DALR shares to MIO holders and Buchans is 2.33 plua 0.77?

And how is this going to work if you have the shares in an ISA. Will we be given Aim listed or Canadian shares

Does anyone know in this kind of deal whether we will get the new dalradian shares before minco delists?

Based on the price of dalr, 96p, and the 3,872,666 shares the new company get, I make the deal worth 2.33 in dalr shares and the equivalent of 0.77p for the dalr shares given to the new company.

So even without factoring in Buchans I think the deal value is 3p if we are to get the same amount of share in newco and they get approx £3.7M of dalr shares.

If you wished you could likely sell the DNA shares and keep what you had before minus the 2% NSR but with c$5m+ DNA shares.

I would be a tad dissapointed if the new vehicle in Canada when it lists was less than 2CAD cents.

Thanks so defiantly worth holding as this could complete within a month or so and then we would get both shares so could maybe sell one keep one

Depends how conservative you want to be with your estimates. When the deal happened I was using 2p for the top end for the DNA shares and another 0.75p for the Buchans listing, but that looks very conservative now.

With Blackrock buying DNA I can't see it falling a huge amount, but I would still factor in some discounts to the current valuations. so I would guess you'll get pretty much the current bid price 2.2p (90p DNA) with the shares you get in DNA. Plus the shares in Buchans which I think will get you an extra 1p.

So in effect you'll get an extra 10k after the deal, but that really is just my opinion. I'm sure some people will have much higher estimates than me. That's the intriguing thing about the Buchans listing, that could easily get you a lot more than you think. Particularly with it being a Canadian listing.

Well perhaps now DNA is at £1 the market makers will find it a little easier to do the maths. 0.0243 in Dalradian Shares!

Also the value of the shares Buchans owns is now worth about £4m or 0.8p

Bit of a gap between Dal price in London and Toronto. TSX share price is C$1.62, equal to 96P with the Canadian Dollar 1.687 = £1. Pound a share shortly.

If Blackrock tried to buy stock in Mio to the value of the stock they have buying in DALR, they'd move the price up ( and away from themyelvey) dramatically...... I would guess Blackrock know full well what they are doing...... :)

There are regular 200000 buys. Could be Black rock buying some more dalr . No need to declare until conversion.

Can't understand Blackrock - don't they realise they could buy cheaper via Minco!
