@bogit Dalradian is not allowed to comment right now. Irish takeover rules. Dalradian prefers to explain shareholders why this is a good deal but they are simply not allowed at this stage. Documents are currently in court. We will see rule 2.5 very soon (when docs are back from court)

Time's flying. I wonder what will May bring. ( the month, not the P.M.) Should be news on the Dal deal any day now. Metal prices are a bit erratic at moment but Zinc stocks have hit a new low and are now under 350,000 tons. They'll be at zero long before the year end. Looks good for our Zinc assets.

News today:

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 26, 2017) - Dalradian Resources
Inc. (TSX:DNA)(AIM:DALR) ("Dalradian" or the "Company") announces the
first batch of results from its ongoing drill program at the
Curraghinalt gold deposit in Northern Ireland. Of the minimum 40,000

approximately 30,000 metres from surface (infill and step-out holes).
Currently four drill rigs are turning underground and the surface
program is scheduled to begin this summer.

At 2p, likely to be a sell. DNA volatile, industrial metal prices not looking so strong and no new good news - yet. Still holding and waiting, and waiting.... Good luck all.

Well if this isn't sorted with the PSNI and wider government then Dalradian won't be mining either.
I have seen nothing resolved by Dalradian about the bill they received from PSNI.

All politically very damaging.

Bit of press on the matter also:

Cannot see DALR falling out of its range especially with the massive bulk sample being processed that should have results out in the very near future, from memory that will produce c$4m worth of gold after smelting.

Big consideration for any Minco shareholder now is likely to be whats going on at Dalradian, although the grades and economics are very strong my only concern is the length of time that might be required to get planning approval, just googled and the below article came up with a politician suggesting a public enquiry, no idea what this would do to the timeline but all I know from my Sirius Minerals shareholding is that these processes can take time:

Market seems to have an appetite to take these at 2.3+.

Last few days substantially more sells than buys and yet we remain up/level.

Buyer sweeping these up?

Very odd that can announcement isn't appearing on some sites. Look promising for the potential joint processing concept.

Excellent results from Canadian Zinc,s winter drilling program at the Lemarchant deposit just announced this A.M. Combined metal @ 22.2%, 17%, 13.2% and 12.96%. The Buchans project is looking more and more like another winner. Good work John Kearney and co.

I piled in for another 500k when 1p was flashing-not that I thought any deal was on the horizons.

I am quite happy with the DAL stock which virtually balances off the current 2p,as DAL could/should truly rise over the years and a stock I already own.

I really didn`t want to start getting involved with the issues of holding/buying
Canadian listed tiddlers-

However -

I/we get our proportionate stake in Buchans valued at circa $5Million Canadian, which again could, should motor over time and for Myself I just maybe also get a crack at Gold in the what will be the Buchans assets.

I guess I lose on my dream of Silver and Xtierra in the obscene manipulations of Silver, leaving XAG as near worthless( yet whilst there is still some life -who knows !!)as I know what XAG "could have been worth".

So- What is going on with the Woodstock Manganese that I considered could be the jewel in the crown of immense value (one day !!)

It is missing in the statements (again)-or is there still some potential deal !!?

All in all-considering the Comatose Markets for small stocks,it`s a no brainer deal
for current holders-albeit frustrating considering what that Gold royalty alone would be worth in years to come ($2000 + Gold for starters ?!).

When all eyes and margined money are on the likes of -to the moon valuations of Snapchat Or Tesla Motors what can be said (once again)in the frustration that one day the Market wont be so Comatose.
