Me thinks folk are waking up to it now.

Being selfish I had hoped it would have remained at 2p and I would have sold the wife/dog etc a few days prior to end and loaded the truck up.

edit--Would keep the dog....

the 0.243 Dal share per minco share is directly worth more than 2p at current exchange rate + the value of Buchans which includes all current assets plus the balance of Dal shares. current share price seems to be ascribing, essentially, nil value to all current assets save for NSR.

Have they a court date?

Just have to wait to get the true value. Happy to do that now it's been confirmed.

Maybe people are looking at the RNS and thinking we just get 1.9p + Buchans. When it's actually more like 2.1p currently.

i'm not sure what i'm missing, but is this now not essentially a very profitable short term arbitrage trade at this level?

I think they will reverse onto Xtierra on the TSXV and rename it soething else.

Makes sense. Cuts costs down.

Folk do not understand it.

Too long for a RNS for your average AIM punter to rationalise.

good point doji, also attributing zero value to the rest of mincos assets at present!

Don't think it helped them posting old figures from March.

It doesn't take into account DNA being at 1.5 now.
So it's more like 2.7/2.8p currently.

Royalty alone:
Based on the VWAP and the C$/GBP Exchange Rate, the value of the Royalty Disposal would attribute a value to each Minco Share of 2.532 pence which represents:

Yes Guys, That 1.50 is nice and I'd say more to come. The Canadians don't hibernate for the Summer like folk this side of the pond so they'll be nibbling away. It'll be frustrating if we have to wait til Autumn for the next step but the Minco boys might surprise us just when we don't expect it. They've played a cool game so far and well done to them. My gut is rumbling but can't figure out what it's trying to tell me.

marthy, DNA ended the day at 1.50 on the bid. Its looking good for us, providing of course the demerger/takeover deal completes. Others here have reassured me it is going through legal process. For the avoidance of doubt, I really hope it does complete and not least because MIO including the NSR was valued in the market at less than 1 p per share and with no deal, I guess it could fall back to around that level. Good news soon Minco, please.

Since a couple of weeks Blackrock has been buying lots of Dalradian shares on the open market. Share price at the time of writing C$ 1.50.

Deal value = 15,490,666 * 1.50 = C$ 23,235,999 = GBP 13,337,463 = 0.0279 per share

Would be nice to get some dates sorted relatively soon. I believe the courts have a holiday period during August and September. So you might be right Marthy, if they don't come up something in June, we could be looking at Oct/Nov. Hope not.

Good drill results from Dal, up to 75 g/t, with share price hitting 85 P. CAD $1.50 looks likely when Toronto opens.

+ the mystery(unless I have missed something)

Minco`s Manganese.

Without doubt- if the market improves at some point price wise-this was a gem
of potential huge value.

If you put that LAKE DOUGLAS, NEWFOUNDLAND project in a TSX-V junior and you market it well, the market cap may be higher than all other Minco's assets combined.

Arguably the worst sentiment in 30 years-certainly towards Gold & Silver stocks has spread all around -yet can improve in an instant, as I would say - watch this space
for Gold & Silver in the coming later months of 2017 !!!

When sentiment does improve many may understand that Zinc could face the shortages Gold and Silver will face- in time.

Minco certainly has the right assets at what may finally be the dawning of Investors
removing their blinkers.

This alone could have investors swarming to Minco`s assest at some point as we await the days of Gold anything- frenzy..................

LAKE DOUGLAS, NEWFOUNDLAND - GOLD

In October of 2016, Minco, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Buchans Minerals Corporation, competitively staked 2,075 hectares in central Newfoundland, known as the Lake Douglas project, located 40 km southwest of Minco's Buchans project and 20 km southwest of Minco's Daniels Pond and Bobbys Pond deposits.

Minco's property covers a 3.5 km segment of the prospective trend that is located northeast, along strike of Marathon Gold Corporation's (TSX:MOZ) Valentine Lake project, where Marathon has announced a Measured and Indicated mineral resource estimate of 21.8 million tonnes at an average grade of 1.84 grams of gold per tonne containing 1,292,800 ounces of gold and an Inferred mineral resource of 8.8 million tonnes at an average grade of 1.98 grams of gold per tonne containing 562,600 ounces of gold (Marathon Gold Corporation, February 21, 2017) as a potential open pit resource development.

A potential no-brainer investment and if the Dal deal goes ahead....an absolute
no brainer !!!?
