Based on the MD&A released today, Minco is pretty active on several projects. But their expenditure remains quite high for a company that is not really adding value. Working capital went down from US$ 1.94M to US$ 1.59M. Approx USD$ 1.5M per year.

Minco would probably see it as activities that add value, but I don't see the market would agree to that.

Why would they push it in November? I think the meeting will be in July. Docs to be released any day.

Things moving slowly. If we don't get our EGM date this week then it won't happen in June. Can't see it in July or August either. If that's the case they may as well hold off until the AGM in November. Frustrating but they have a lot of work to do and it's best to get it right. With Zinc stocks going down very quickly Zinc prices should be a lot higher by then. Dalradian should be rising also as they come nearer to planning and production.

Doubt they'll let the offer drop back too much with DNA being back near the highs again.

Doji, does not matter we aregetting DNA shares at the prevailing MIO price so win win.

Wish someone would sell a 1m so the spread comes in.

Should be an update at the end of the month. Probably will be just the usual copy and paste stuff, but you never know, we might get some signs of progress in that???

Blackrock putting loads in DNA almost everyday now. If only they'd put a fraction of that in MIO. This would be flying!

CAD $1.45 is fantastic at this stage considering the deal is calculated at CAD$ 1.2911. News any day now.

Got to be better than the value they're are getting at the moment. DNA finished at 1.45, so that's giving a negative valuation to all the other assets, if you use the current bid price.

Don't really expect DNA to stay that high, but would be great if it did. Probably asking too much for it to break higher.

I'm sure our retained assets will also attract a more realistic valuation when they are also listed in Canada.

DNA hitting 1.4 again. Should be 80p on the LSE. Don't know why they keep the LSE listing. Never hardly any trades and doesn't even track the Canadian one properly.

Hope so, I do hate waiting on stuff like this. I can see why people sell out early rather than waiting for the deal. However on this occasion I think it will be worth seeing it through.

Steady as she goes, should be some news this week or next. It would be nice to have the EGM over and done with by the end of June.

Probably will raise it's ugly head again further on down the line. I guess they've got quite a bit of time before it becomes a major issue. Maybe they've got enough time to come up with a solution?
It's such a major project for the country, surely they will be able to sort something out.

I note that Black Rock are still increasing their holding in DNA, now at 9.31% according to news today. Good luck all.

Very good news that not only causes this one day 10% spike ip, but it is very material news for the updated feasibility study. This is a world class gold project, and the highest risk in a high grade gold vein system is dilution. That dilution issue is now a little bit less concerning :)
