I received a compulsory events email from Halifax today to say buchans would not be in sharebuilder account as not listed but still no letter. Not too bothered though as going through regardless.

Court Meeting and EGM Instruction Form today received from Halifax Share Dealing Ltd and following completion now on its way back to them. Good luck all.

marthy I would expect you will need to hold till delist day to get the DNA shares and if you sell prior you just get the cash sale value for your shares.

Likewise anyone buying MIO up to delist gets if they hold till the end gets the deal.

Cannot see how it can play out different.

As we get closer to the day the share price almost exactly reflects the amount we will get for Dalradian. The market has no value at all on the rest of Minco's assets which will be going into Buchans. As well as Minco's cash and assets Buchans will also have 3,872,666 Dalradian shares worth about C$6.500,000 or nearly £4 Mil. Hopefully the next few weeks will make things clearer.

Clock ticking away and all looks very good. As a matter of interest if someone buys Minco shares between now and Aug 10th (last day of Minco trading) will they get Dalradian shares or if they sell in that time will they lose out. It has to be one or the other but it's not exactly clear to me.

Hi bageo yeah they're not in paper form just in account. I thought it would be via a corporate action notification via Halifax but there is no notification from them at present.

Just returned from a holiday and expected my forms to be here with the post - they are not. I too have my MIO shares in a Halifax Share Dealing Ltd Nominee a/c. No contact from them by e mail either. Hmmmm.

I hold mine via nominee so no paper forms for me. Do you have certificates from Halifax or do they hold them in account?
If nominee you vote via them.

Hi all. Getting a bit worried here still not received the forms of proxy. I thought we should of had them sent out by end of June. I've been accumulating them for the last 12 years via Halifax in the UK and haven't had any notifications from them either. Has everybody else received these forms or not? Thanks in advance.

Canadian Zinc - The 2017 summer drill program will consist of up to 5,000 metres in 24 diamond drillholes and is designed to continue to test for mineralized extensions to the Lemarchant massive sulphide deposit.

So looks like the joint processing testing has encouraged them enough to target growth. Sure Buchans will be doing some more too (before or after listing is the question).

this stock is very cheap if you think the deal is definite.....which i do. Shareholders should get 4p minimum here and possibly more.
