05/10/2010 16:06 | im sure this will go private now, might be the only chance of getting my money back bought at .35 at playoffs and get promoted and it tanks, this share lark is total rip off by mms who manipulate stocks. this is all being done because of the regeneration prospects that will be worth a fortune in my view. | doorway
05/10/2010 15:30 | The rights issue is near enough fully underwritten by CHESTNUT HILL VENTURES the chairman and chief exec is also the millwall chairman...the lower the share price the more unlikely investors are to take up the issue. The lower the price the more shares will need to be issued to attain the £11m. The more shares that need to be issued the bigger percentage share of Millwall CHESTNUT HILL VENTURES are likely to own. It stinks of an underhand management buyout to me using CHESTNUT HILL VENTURES to mop up the company. | ![]() supercity
05/10/2010 15:10 | The lower the price goes...the worse it will be for the fundraising. Last night if your shares were worth £3K you would have to put approx an extra £4.5K in to take up your rights issue. (market cap £7m) Today with your shares worth £3K you would have to put approx £7.5K extra to take up your rights issue (market cap £4.5m) The lower it goes the lower the offer price will have to be and the more shares needed to reach the £11m. I have never seen such a poorly handled fundraising. | ![]() supercity

05/10/2010 14:04 | This has been handled terribly, we're told they want to raise a massive sum, but we're not given a price, although one must have been agreed for the large shareholder to offer to underwrite the offer. As a consequence the share price has tanked, and now whatever price was discussed will have to be revised downwards. | boffster
05/10/2010 14:01 | What's the Lions Trust? Is it an Old Lions Home? | ![]() isis

05/10/2010 13:03 | Why blame the market makers ? The company has diluted shareholders and continued to dilute shareholders ever since floatation. You've just been rogered even more by yet more massive dilution. Save the pathetic excuse of blaming the market makers. Why not blame the company ? It's a sad excuse for a PLC. | reddish tinge
