05/10/2010 11:51 | The share price was better when they played Division 1 football last season. If i wasn't invested in this football team i might actually find the situation funny. Not meaning to put down any Lions supporters by the comment above, just the share price situation. | ![]() canny lass
05/10/2010 11:51 | Georgio44.. Correct Last support was 0.010 (failed promotion in 2008) | ![]() jenny5

05/10/2010 11:23 | If old share price value is currently 0.0125p (£12.50 / 100,000), then this could be a good Buying opportunity imo. Probably best to let the dust settle and identify solid support level first tho ! | georgio44
05/10/2010 11:01 | Now £12.50 ! £5 million (380,000 Shares). They won't raise £11 million ! Underwriters will be the new owners. IMO | ![]() wenlynn
05/10/2010 10:43 | if this carries on like it has today it wont be long before we are back to pre consolidation | ![]() lyceeuk
05/10/2010 10:20 | So you get 10 shares for every 1million held - What a fekin Bargain! LOL | ![]() isis
05/10/2010 09:19 | Is this fundraising considered vital to the survival of the club? It seems a massive amount. I might vote against it. | boffster
05/10/2010 09:14 | It's underwritten:- The Company today announces that it is proposing to raise up to £11 million (approximately) by way of an open offer of ordinary shares to all shareholders pro rata to their existing shareholdings at the record date for the open offer. Chestnut Hill Ventures, LLC, a major shareholder in the Company, has agreed to take up its open offer entitlements and underwrite the open offer up to an aggregate amount of £10 million. The fundraising will enable the Company to reduce substantially its level of borrowings, improve its net asset position and will provide working capital for Millwall Football Club. Further details of the proposed open offer will be announced in due course. | ![]() isis
05/10/2010 09:08 | Open Offer (like this helicopter) doomed. IMO | 0verzeal
