07/6/2019 12:39 | Incredible volumes, that 250k buyer(s) is realentless 1.654-1.698p best online so other mm's naturally bidding over mid hoping to get some stock back. | dave4545
07/6/2019 12:20 | Bones, I bought WEY just under 6p, as I recall a broker fair value was around 28p, so seemed it got too cheap, which as you said has played out well, or just starting. I guess a fund is buying at the other end if there is one off loading a part/full holding? Anyway I take a much longer term perspective and Unicorn buying 16.43% last summer who take very long term positions did it for me, so I would be surprised if they are selling at the start of the story/journey! | ny boy
07/6/2019 12:17 | In for another 350,000 at 1.698 | bones
07/6/2019 12:02 | I have been able to pick up loads this am | drsous
07/6/2019 12:00 | It’s staggering how many funds sell out at the bottom. This happened on WEY recently with an MM sat on a stupid offer near to bid and I and many others lapped them up at 5p or just above. Once the selling ended, the price doubled in three weeks. Another famous example was in 2017 when Odier Asset sold 15% of VRS at 14p, depressing the price for months. Within six months it was over 100p. I am liking the idea that a fund is selling MSYS if the result is an elastic band effect! | bones
07/6/2019 11:32 | Technically v.good, big volume on a defined and expected breakout. Bones, haven’t forgotten about AOR, I remain a long term holder and bought the pull back, be nice to see that take off again, I will drop onto the thread soon, not sure if I can make any difference though 😁 | ny boy
07/6/2019 11:28 | Take your pick from Unicorn, Octopus, Herald or Fidelity for me ! Unicorn Asset Management 16.43 Octopus Investments 9.45 Herald Investment Management 7.49 Fidelity Worldwide Investment 3.79 | dave4545
07/6/2019 11:27 | So obviously a major fund is selling here now. 1 mil delayed at 1.6p 750k delayed buy too. The biggest shareholder no way it can be them, they supported them massively at placing at 2p last year so I'm looking at ones further down the list. If we are lucky it will be one that has 3-7% where most will get cleared today | dave4545
07/6/2019 11:17 | Joined you all for a million at 1.7p. As regards that institutions list, a few are nominees for small private investors so I wouldn’t count them as solid holders, they will move around with the PI market (Hargreaves, Interactive, Walker Crips). Now, NY Boy, we need AOR to start moving soon. Where is your magic dust there? LOL. News flow on prototyping of their developed devices must be due soon if the recent update in May is any guide. | bones
07/6/2019 11:13 | I'm guessing that it might be 250k max online but a lot more behind the scenes because these 250k buys are relentless. It's going to do 1-2 months volume here in a day for sure. Added 200k more at 1.7p just now | dave4545
07/6/2019 10:53 | Thanks for the info. I see it's still being steadily bought today. It's been a long haul for MSYS - the folks there must be feeling that real progress is being made with the business. f | fillipe
07/6/2019 10:50 | cottoner Yes should be a melt up on stock shortage if those nos are correct Market cap only £5M + approx so very cheap imo | ny boy
07/6/2019 10:43 | So that's 77.46% held by Significant Shareholders above 3%. Number of shares in issue = c456.365m. Amount available = 22.54% , which is only just under 103m shares. Assuming a few long term holders below 3% , which leaves a pretty small amount of free shares. | cottoner
07/6/2019 10:31 | fillipe..would be nice if it’s Unicorn Asset Management, who took a 16.43% stake last summer, that would be very good news indeed! Significant shareholders (3% and above) At 31 march 2019: Significant Shareholder % Held Parkwalk Advisors Funds 27.21 Unicorn Asset Management 16.43 Octopus Investments 9.45 Herald Investment Management 7.49 Walker Crips Group 5.56 Interactive Investor Trading 4.35 Fidelity Worldwide Investment 3.79 Hargreaves Lansdown PLC 3.18 There are no restrictions on the transfer of AIM securities. Some nice institutions onboard already Recently, Microsaic Systems plc published its annual results for the year ending 2018, which showed a year on year doubling of unit sales, and with revenues up 69%. The Board believes that 2019 will be a year of significant growth in revenues, driven by the globally diverse partnerships signed in 2018, and the continued business development with new partners during 2019. | ny boy
07/6/2019 10:10 | Taking a look at the nature of the (mainly) buy trades today, it does appear the buying is institutional, an investor building a large stake or possible bidder. Trades are very similar sizes in the 125k - 500k range - no itsy/bitsy buys much in evidence. f | fillipe
07/6/2019 09:46 | Me too. Twitter posts yesterday for potential Europe and North America potential and next day we get a distribution agreement other side of the world in South Korea. But it's the market for Biologics that is the monster, if they start to get deals/sales for this then the price will just keep going higher and higher, market loves a growth story, see bids and nfx for that, as already mention they have plenty of cash so no placing bomb unless for rapid expansion so all is good here Microsaic @Microsaic 18h18 hours ago More Stop by poster 565 and speak to our business manager for North America and Europe Victoria Ordsmith about Microsaic’s point-of-need MS #microsaic #nanoLCMS #massspec #pointofneed #ASMSATL | dave4545
07/6/2019 09:42 | The stock is moving within a rectangle formation between support at 0.86 and resistance at 1.44. A decisive break through one of these levels indicates the new direction for the stock. The stock has given positive signal from inverse head and shoulders formation by a break up through the resistance at 1.20. Further rise to 2.70 or more is signaled. Someuwin, yes 4p possible but maybe not until later in the year off the back of some more positive rns’s in fact I have 4.29p as a later target. | ny boy
07/6/2019 09:38 | Quite excited about this one dave. | flashheart
07/6/2019 09:37 | Volume is crazy, easily heading for biggest for a year in a day but it's still miles off the record on that day it went from 1p to 5p then back to 3p (over 60 million) | dave4545
07/6/2019 09:36 | .....and some more as this is now 'in play' with an even better long term future. | flashheart
07/6/2019 09:12 | Coiled spring after that MM manipulation, could get interesting, if not much free stock around. Technicals playing out, start of what should be a strong rise out of the inverted h&s + backed up by increasingly positive rns’s latest one bang on the money, expanding into the lucrative Asian markets | ny boy
07/6/2019 09:10 | Been buying here. Looks like a huge bowl formation pointing up to 4p area. | someuwin
07/6/2019 09:09 | waaay overhang cleared :-)) | dave4545
07/6/2019 09:01 | All the delayed buys will kick in now I think it's 375k and higher seems to be delayed | dave4545 |
