If the results are just ok or poor then I'm sure the directors will reiterate their original quote back in Sept....it's a five year plan!!!

Key issue will be sales, not the amount of distributors they have signed. When we sold products similar to this iN the past it was easy to sign distributors but getting them to sell was much harder. FWIW I’ve been to Pittcon more times than I care to remember. Typically it costs about £10k to exhibit there plus staff costs. It used to be a great show to pick up customers but is more of a business to business thing, better to find distributors.

Been to Arablab twice. One thing I always noticed there is how well the Germans were backed and how poorly we were. To me it shows what a shambles brexit will be, were are just not ready for it.

Sub 1p entry point for some lucky sods looks extremely cheap

Having said that anything under 2p which is the level directors put skin in looks cheap

Option A please

In my view, if the results are great there's no point in attending apart from grabbing a beer and shooting the sh1t - everything is on track.

If the results are not great however I would like to see CEO's face and hear his explanation as to why.

buys into the close were mine, thought it is a good bet for a number of reasons.

Just looking into RNSs flow, it is evident that they have been signing distribution agreements left right and center in comparison to the last year - obviously we don't know how that is going to impact the revenue but clearly a good sign.

CEO has been sounding upbeat stating that "In the traditional small molecule market, the Company has continued to make encouraging progress, evidenced by the signing of seven new partner agreements this year. The Board expects that its existing partnerships, coupled with a number of potential new collaborations, will contribute to very significant growth in this market in 2019 and beyond. In the medium term, management is targeting to get the Company to cash breakeven in this segment alone."

Company continues to make moves, as evident from their last news entry at the end of feb on their website:

"The first week of March (3rd-6th March) in Washington D.C our team will be attending the IFPAC annual meeting. IFPAC concentrates on recent innovations in the fields of Process Analytical Technology (PAT), QbD, Process Understanding & Control, and Real-Time Analytics. This is pertinent for us as the growth of MS in these fields is increasing rapidly. Microsaic are thrilled to be showcasing our real-time point of need mass spectrometer at this event and demonstrating how our unique technology is ideally suited to this market.

For information regarding IFPAC use the following link hxxp://www.ifpacglobal.org/

Further afield, Dubai hosts the annual ArabLab expo, showcasing the latest in laboratory and analytical technology. This will be Microsaic Systems’ first time attending and we are looking forward to engaging with the new technologies and the fresh ideas being shared at this event. If you are interested in meeting a Microsaic Systems representative at ArabLab please email us at info@microsaic.com, for more information about show please use the following link hxxps://www.arablab.com/

The spotlight on innovation doesn’t stop there, just a few weeks later in Philadelphia is the annual Pittcon conference and expo (17th-21st March). Pittcon is one of the most well-known conferences and expositions for laboratory sciences. With the focus no longer being just on analytical chemistry and spectroscopy, Pittcon now welcomes delegates from (deep breath) life sciences, pharmaceutical discovery and QA, food safety, environmental, bioterrorism and even more emerging" markets!

Finally, you do not arrange PI meet on the day of the results after sh1t share performance for years unless:

A)you have something great to report and want to get some pats on the back, share the excitement and get some free beers

B)you have something average or sh1t to report, but believe in your long term strategy and therefore prepared to face the wrath of the PIs and argue your case

Obviously in light of recent RNSs I'm inclined to say that scenario(A) is the most likely scenario, however I can live with scenario (B) playing out

The bets are placed, no more bets!!

I am not looking short term but this year has been earmarked by MSYS as a transformational year, in for a few years, so expect them to be a multi bagger over time GL

Seems strange that nobody is willing to take a penny punt with results on Monday

Perhaps all the private punters prefer to chase the price??

Nowt so strange as folk

Interesting
Sorry to go off-topic but there is a fresh petition to ban shorting of London AIM stocks (started a few hours ago). It only takes a few seconds to sign and needs a minimum of 10,000 signatures to get noticed, so please pass it on to any other interested parties.
