Last year's interim dividend was 6.42p. At the current exchange rate, this year's is headed for just over 6.5p.

Dividend cut. Should the CEO walk?

-- Interim dividend of 8 cents per share (H121: 8.8 cents), consistent with 5x covered policy.

Should be reducing divi and focussing on greater debt reduction.

the macro economy is all screwed at the moment due to inflation being caused by broken supply chains not consumer demand. The rates will do very little to put a lid on inflation to do that they need to fix the supply chains. I can't see them holding rates up for long as economies are starting to go into recession.

Only $150m into a cost savings plan expected to reach $400-500m and free cashflow is up 36% to $190m.

I echo your comments credit crunch & this fall is way overdone, but there is zero appetite for tech at the moment (US TECH 100 down 2% today after a month of losses). Still holding strong and at least a small divi to look forward to! ;-)

From recollection the revenue reduction was supposed to be improving and appears to have worsened. -6.8% v -5.3% at the year end..

there's a lot of quality in the London market at a heavy discount, remember last time when the GBP was this low with the USD. There was a delay then a massive rally.

Digital Safe cash was 363.5m so debt reduced 181.5m excluding the sale. (there were also 11.4m IFRS16 leases that dropped off so 192.9m including these)

This should alleviate some of the investor worries that were stoked last year.

Net debt fell from $4196m to $3651m and gross non-current borrowings fell from $4566m to $4078m. That was after paying $65m in dividends.

What happened to the expectation of little debt reduction in H1 because payments timing meant the significant debt reduction was expected to be in H2?

I do like :-

· This improved quality of earnings underpinned free cash flow1 growth of 36.2% year-on-year to $190m (H121: $140m).

· Net debt1 of $3,651m (Oct-21: $4,196m), representing a net leverage ratio of 3.7 times with a 0.3 decrease since 31 October 2021.

Also market may look at "Operating profit of $35m for H122 (H121: loss of $155m" very positively as it never really understood the concept of writing off exceptional items and just saw a loss?
