Monty, you know as well as I do, a business is not valued by it's current share price.
I crunched some rough numbers and think a buy out would be between 500-600p based on fudermentals, assets and contracts.

Its interesting one year ago 18th Oct 19, when the shares were 1116p, bid rumours started, all denied, but no smoke with fire perhaps.
Now at 246p instead of 1116p they must look attractive to someone.
This was the article last Oct.

All depends on the market, let's say 350p to 400p. Softcat, reinstated their dividend, I expect Micro Focus to do the same.

Post 8280 you say maybe 400 by Xmas
Post 8297 it’s ‘nearer 400’ by Xmas
and now post 8302 you say 350 by Xmas

Interesting my broker checked price and size, there seems to be a buyer about, let's hope it's one of the hedgies reducing their short before trading update.

Nothing going to happen until trading update, couple of weeks time.Always someone knows more than you, so be interesting to see any movement up or down in shareprice a few days before. That will give an indication.

Will tread water until trading update, look at Kainos another cloud and software company, up 28% on their trading update. You never know.
