Big bounce tomorrow, or is that wishful thinking?

I agree. A trader's toy at the moment. When the reversal comes though, it could be sudden. On my watchlist.

Sceptical - the volumes traded simply don't account to anything resembling a self-off - with so many shares on loan and precious few buyers this is relatively easy to manipulate. Only thing that will force them to close is either more news (especially on revenue), and/or serious fund investment.

Agree, encouraging Gregg Locke spent around 250,000 grand buying shares. At least some faith from a director.

well if it is due to short interest as you say, it should bounce tomorrow.

Just to correct you - there is no sell-off, this is short selling market manipulation (by my reckoning c15m+ shares out on loan to the sellers at the moment). ;-)

on many occasions i have said that this will go down to 200p.it looks like it might well achieve that.i bought a tranche at 262 after the previous rns regarding the extension of revolving credit facility and statement regarding cash flows.so will not rush for the second tranche.if the november update is positive then we should regain 300p swiftly otherwise will not be surprised if it goes below 200p to 170p.

It doesn't take a genius to say that this is going to keep going down, because that's been the fundamental direction for months now, but it does look very odd - last RNS says that MCRO is paying down debt and generating cash despite the covid crisis, and a board director today reveals that he's bought £250,000 worth. Interim announcement in 5 weeks. Should be interesting. There does come a point where it can't go down anymore, and I'm guessing that it won't be 0p.

Hats off to the hedgies who are managing to push this down every morning without any resistance from the company though. I wonder what price it would take for the board to actually put out an announcement. Don't they realise that any customer looking at the share price would have no confidence in the company? Why would you give a contract to a company that won't be here next year? That's the message from the share price. Are the board directors so disconnected from the share performance that they think it doesn't matter to anyone? Obviously Greg Lock is paying attention, but what are they doing about it?

Nice recovery on today's RNS, a couple more directors following suit would be another step in the right direction.

That is two positive RNS in a row, a couple more and we'll be flying and hopefully the November update will be the icing on the cake or was that the smell of shorters burning?

Now who do you want to think is going to be right, directors who work everyday and know the company inside out, or bears short of 3.84% probably more because you don't have to declare under 0.5%. Be interesting to see if bears increase bets or start slowly closing positions.
In the old days director spending around 250,00 pounds buying stock shares would be up.

Hopefully, he has got the timing right this time. Anyway, nice to see some confidence.

I'm waiting for the shorts to reduce before topping up.

Increase holding of course by 96000, I'm reckon bit of tax arranging. He paid 786p somewhere around 1.5 million pounds worth of shares.
