07/3/2012 20:53 | HELLO battlebus2. I hope that MTT shares perform well for you(and me). | mudbath

07/3/2012 19:54 | This company on the turn positively. The last accounts make a good reading. The profits were $2.5m after loss from the previous year. The cash in hand was over $6.4m according to the last accounts released. The beauty is the number of shares in circulation which is very little so any positive news from the company will have severe impact on share price and that includes the positive conclusion of arbitration. In my view leading up to the egm there will be material news; the election of new board memmbers means there will be the much awaited news that was to issued within 120 days of the deal completion and the arbitration. | wrmsj00
07/3/2012 19:25 | So only 5m shares outside of director ownership, not sure if we are going to get good news or not, and I suspect if the news is not good it will drop like a stone before we can get out. I waited through the last six months so might as well see it out. I think a few oxus investors have picked up on this recently and are jumping in on the hope of positive news on the Uzbekistan arbitration. Which probably explains the current rise. Same again please and I'll be in profit;-) | poombear
07/3/2012 17:21 | Firth.Whilst my MTT holding was a temporary serious losing position,I cannot recollect "worrying" about it;much in the same way that I never feel inclined to gloat over more positive outcomes. What now you ask. I would shake the MM's hand who offered me a 100% profit in just 4 weeks. Always leave a bit for the next man is a reliable maxim. Mud | mudbath
07/3/2012 17:05 | that was a mileading sell - i tried a dummy sell at the time and the mms were offering 7.40p to sell the same amount. So i would ignore it - its either a mistake or sell from earlier but mislabled in time. | wrmsj00
07/3/2012 17:01 | who sold the 50k at 6p? Thet got raped by the mm's. | induna123
07/3/2012 16:44 | Its interesting that 30m shares are held by Mr Rosenberg and that leaves c.8m in circulation. Also, the following quote states the deal is expected to be signed within 120 days of signing the MOU - so it has gone over the 120 days (from 4 Oct 2011) adn it could be any day now possibly due to due diligence taking a bit longer - "Under the terms of the MOU, it is expected that the parties shall seek to complete the transaction within 120 days from the execution date of the MOU, during which the Company and anyone acting on its behalf will refrain from negotiating with third parties any transaction which involves issuance of shares and/or options in the Company's equity." | wrmsj00
07/3/2012 16:41 | Of which Mr Rosenberg owns 30,745,448 and Mr Maimon owns 3,030,000 Which doesn't leave an awful lot for the rest. | poombear
07/3/2012 16:34 | 20000 at full ask just gone through...bodes well for tomorrow | doodle1
07/3/2012 16:32 | it has only 38m shares in issue so if any settlement along with the news expected it will have huge impact on the share price in my view. | wrmsj00

07/3/2012 13:16 | HOPEFULLY,we will receive an offer for all our holdings. Staff options,if I recollect are pitched around 14pence,so if they are to get a sweetener, maybe 17pence would suffice. Hands up for 17 pence please. | mudbath
07/3/2012 13:11 | I guess you'd have to drip feed in any case. So we don't have a distressed seller on our hands just yet :) | petty officer birdseye

07/3/2012 12:15 | Cheers Mister MD. Whilst something needs to be done to return MTT to profitability, with there thankfully being several avenues down which this objective might be pursued;the bottom line here is that it would cost at least TEN TIMES the current Market Cap to mirror Metal-Tech's existing operation. Hopefully shareholders will benefit,to some extent, once the corporate plan for revitalising prospects is finally presented for public scrutiny. | mudbath
07/3/2012 12:14 | News to two fronts, investment of $5m from TNPV and the arbitration case of possibly $7m damages. | induna123
07/3/2012 12:08 | OK I'll give you £20 for the lot mudbath ;-) Only joking of course, we have waited long enough for this! | luckyjonah
07/3/2012 12:04 | well done for sticking with it mudbath, hope it continues to recover for you | mister md |
