27/10/2011 10:38 | im happy to have taken 20,000 at 5.5p last week! | pomp circumstance
27/10/2011 10:27 | Nevertheless luckyjonah it could be that the bottom call of 4.5 from mud is right on the money. It has proved impossible to invest just £5000 in MTT over recent days despite the steady flow of small sales.Could be then that there is a large buy order taking precedence. If TNPV do invest in line with the RNS then the shares are probably very cheap at current levels. | lovaine
26/10/2011 16:05 | Unfortunately Genesis don't agree with you mudbath... makes you wonder what conversation they had with Aik to sell the whole 2.8m at 5.5p eh. As for the SP, I have a feeling that if a delisting is announced we will see the price a tad lower than this... quite why it's taking to long to "decide" I don't know, perhaps they are reverting to TNPV? | luckyjonah
26/10/2011 15:35 | Thanks for that latitude unionhall. Might be too embarrassed though,as well broke,to make any further prognostications. I am pleased that you are not(yet)a holder,as it is fairly painful, currently. | mudbath
26/10/2011 15:29 | Repeat away mudbath - I have no interest here at the moment. Just keep watching due to earlier punts..... | unionhall
26/10/2011 15:28 | True, true, unionhall, although I never intimated that the share price would not go lower.TNPV seem to concur with my view at least. I promise not to repeat myself should the MTT share price fall to 2pence! | mudbath
26/10/2011 15:19 | ..the same place it was when you were calling 9p and 10p an excellent entry point... | unionhall
26/10/2011 15:15 | FWIW I am calling 4.5 pence as the low point for MTT's trading range. I don't suppose that there will be any uninformed/speculati Now where is that buy button ? | mudbath
25/10/2011 10:41 | well Poomb, its long story but here goes. In the beginning........... | pomp circumstance
25/10/2011 10:27 | Israel were ratified as members of OECD in September 2010, could be a coincident, but why has it taken over a year to divest, if that was Genesis policy? | poombear
25/10/2011 09:49 | Mister MD..RE 118. That's a pretty bullish observation for this thread. Whilst my confidence in MTT as an investment has undoubtedly waned in the face of constant negative postings ++ the threat of a de list;the fundamentals that were persuasive, for me,initially, remain in place. The appearance on the scene of TNPV only serves to underline, imo, that the potential for a radically improved performance from MTT lies ahead. I look forward therefore towards such a scenario and to some eventual capital gains. Today's news regarding Aik Rosenberg's increased holding adds to my positivity. | mudbath
25/10/2011 09:29 | Bit odd that "Genesis investment fund does not invest in companies based in OECD member countries" ? | mister md
25/10/2011 09:21 | Yes indeed - and we are led to believe another company is happy to pay 20p + to buy in ? Sounds ridiculous. If that were the case Genesis would have sold their shareholding to the new company for something north of 10p. All imho..... | unionhall
25/10/2011 09:18 | well, MR Rosenberg is happy to buy them off you at 5.5p (see RNS), now holds 80% | mister md
25/10/2011 08:24 | And if they weren't considering delisting you'd be able to sell in size for about 4 times the current share price | luckyjonah
24/10/2011 15:02 | Whilst the shares are down(again), my broker tells me that I could now sell in size just outside the spread. | mudbath
24/10/2011 08:53 | anyone get any response from the company after expressing concerns ? Didn't hear anything back myself. | mister md
24/10/2011 08:36 | Well I see they have at least corrected the Corporate Action to clarify that they are only considering a possible delisting and there is no firm proposal. Hopefully there have been enough PIs contacting the company for the non-execs to realise they cannot roll over on this one given Aik cannot vote to support anything that affects shareholders' pre-emption rights unless he has the backing of the majority of the independent Directors. | luckyjonah
17/10/2011 09:14 | Whilst it will be scant consolation for MTT holders wishing to exit,at all costs, prior to any de-listing;TNPV do keep its investors well informed on the progress of its varied investments. They are also seeking to leverage their portfolio,so residual MTT bulls, given a fair wind, might see a profitable exit in the short to medium term. | mudbath
13/10/2011 12:19 | TBF, it won't be a first, as informal discussions with PIs stopped the previous (unannounced) considering of delisting back in 2009 too. | luckyjonah
13/10/2011 12:03 | thanks lj - will send an email today | mister md
13/10/2011 12:02 | That will be a first! | the big fella
13/10/2011 11:57 | Done - cheers guys, hopefully some more PI interest/objection will help to sway the board! | luckyjonah
13/10/2011 11:55 | one more please: xxx at yahoo.com | mister md
13/10/2011 11:52 | PC/pomp - emails on their way to you now if you want to remove your details above. | luckyjonah |
