Frankly I couldn't care less what Brexit does or getting. If you have to post what you are doing, and where you are going, to justify your existence and happiness, you know there are problems in their lives. I think both getting and brexit have an empty existence and/or have serious problems with inferiority complexes. LOL

Are brexit, getting and Yertiz going to tell us how much they have lost on Plus 500?

ROFLMAO!

"Life is good" when you can watch these turkeys!

LOL

Yes, incredible building. I was there last year and had an amazing 'Bavette et frites' just across the bridge after dark with it all lit up. I know Meanwhile/Ryelodge will enjoy the beef reference! Spent a beautiful day cycling around Gran Canaria today with my family. Almost too sunny. Golf tomorrow after being inspired by Tiger yesterday, then dinner by the marina. Life is good!

Who is doing the renovation work on Notre Damme cathedral? A total disaster. Very sad, lovely building.

Please don’t. I’ll have nightmares.

Burford doing well again today. Up 3+%. Is it time yet?

Yertiz, he likes going swimming too, just like a kipper would have done before it got smoked! God, I've got a horrible image of a lardy Porky with his budgie-smugglers on now...

I'd describe him as a kipper. Two faced, spineless and no guts.
Carillon Mk II. is Kier. Give it time and the house of cards will blow down.

Hi Yertiz

Just back from family lunch. 6 of us, including our nephew down from Birmingham University. He eats like a horse - does at least an hour of aerobic exercise every day. I’ve got to cook him a large dinner now!!!

Well done with Manolete - I’ve looked at it. My problem is that it’s portfolio isn’t diversified enough, unlike Burford.

Carillion Mk 3 - what is Mk 2?

I’m amazed about the comments about GKN and redundancies. If the original GKN board had done this, as I think Kier will also have to do, Porky would say it’s needed to make the company more efficient. Two-faced or what?

Hi B+, been a hectic day in hospital. I don't have a clue what Porky is saying, nor his minion, Meanlodge. 4000 people? Is that right? No way to run a business, no wonder RR is going to the dogs (Carillion Mk 3, lol).

I mentioned IWG a few weeks ago, nice to see they have sold out and are re-franchising their assets in Japan, shrewd bit of business there, plus a 24% rise in share price today - AND shareholder special divi to come too, win, win, win!

I bought a few k's worth of Manolete this morning, another stonking rise, 11% in a day. Worth taking a look at, UK's answer to Burford's business model.

Underlying motive is completely different and they have recruited almost as many as they have removed. Here is a clue: the difference could be driven by executive remunerations and short vs long-term stakeholder values.

Best do more research before opening the fat mouth, eh?

LOL

Yertiz, am I correct in thinking Porky is trying to justify Rolls Royce getting rid of 4000 people in response to my post?

Who cares whether it is UK or not? Idiot.

Did the job really need to go? Was the work not required? Is one person, or two, now being asked to do the work of two, or three, whilst maintaining the same competence?

People being made redundant isn't the issue. It is the underlying motive that could be the problem. Some chimps need to understand nuance.

Is the business about building car components or is it about manipulation of the important PE?

The GKN Driveline Numbers in the Daily Mail don’t necessarily relate to the U.K.

Previously Driveline was located in 22 countries and now the number is 18.

Hi Yertiz

And Kent - my home county - beating Warwickshire in the cricket.

Did you watch the Glaws v Bath match? I didn’t expect Glaws to win with Banahan the makeshift full back and Purdy and Seabrook playing their first first-team games of the season, supported by an 18 year old with no first-team experience whatsoever in the subs. Cipriani made up for it, even though he was playing at half pace do to injury.

Is the DM a newspaper?

"I find you a very boring person" says the king of dull. The person who posts the same things over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. Dull. Dull. Dull.

Yes, like everything else that doesn't quite fit in with Brexitplus utopia. ;)

Imagine living a whole life of ignorance. Scary.
