22/10/2013 13:08 | Clear Leisure Plc, a company where ex MDC FD Nilesh Jagatia is head boy of finances, discovers "a number of financial irregularities within the African subsidiaries and these are currently being investigated by external consultants" & loses +60% of it's value. BTW, our hero & leader, Justin Piers Drummond, was on the BoD after he exited MDC & still remains involved as a consultant. What rotten luck the old boys of MDC seem to have wherever they go. | neilrr
15/10/2013 14:38 | exactly PW. Looking more and more likely no results and a delist. I can think of words to describe the BOD's actions here but I'm not going to ruin my day. I will consider this a lesson. Not happy but what can I do. | ryan83
15/10/2013 07:20 | "what happened to all the money" Pub lunches? There was no way Intabet (whatever it actually was) would ever have cost more than £100k really. Even that would have been a very expensive homepage and Twitter account which is all we ever got. Still PJ is feeling bullish and the receptionist thinks that things are going really well. Eye Economy will soon give a "blac-eye" (ha ha ha) to those monolith advertising agencies... Ermm... Who is going to turn out the lights? | adh0
14/10/2013 15:39 | What about all the money raised to build Intabet - what happened to all the money. | fastfred
14/10/2013 07:20 | tick tock tick tock...... | sprydon
08/10/2013 13:21 | Looks that way, not being there at the time or knowing all that was going on or thought was going on we can only guess. Maybe those two were trying Intabet but found it either did not work or did not work for them. We might never know. TWL looks like it has ambitious plans and an idea of what it needs to make them work. Not sure I will want to keep them for long if I see a decent profit from them. | nevik2
08/10/2013 12:51 | nevik what a load of bull from PJ eh? makes me worry about my TWL shares to be honest so they are being sold. | ryan83
08/10/2013 12:50 | Well it's dead by all practical tests, we just need the cleaner to unplug the life support machine to plug the hoover in and it's all over. | nevik2
08/10/2013 12:48 | adh0 a couple of email extracts for you from PJ, answering questions I asked. "Intabet is developed as far as it can be without integrating directly into bookmaker's back ends. The accounts are nearing completion and when published the suspension will be lifted. The goal millions results were fair - it's big challenge is distribution - and our marketing guys are working on that." -------------------- ""Yes, there are two big players - OpenBet and G2Tech...". -------------------- It's possible at the time they were sent it was believed by PJ to be true, no doubt you will put whatever spin on it that suits. I'm glad you are happy about the Forex, I was worried that you might be worrying. It's proving to be a good revenue stream, a bit more honest than dealing in AIM anyway. No lies or miss directions or backhand dealings to second guess. Almost relaxing compared with AIM. | nevik2
08/10/2013 06:44 | It is patently clear to all but the most complete of fools that the company is not going to file any further accounts. This will result in the cancellation of the listing and the disappearance of the company without having to reveal the illegal shenanigans that have being going on for the last few years. No doubt one or two will receive an email from PJ stating he is furious (yet again) at what has happened and that all those responsible (except himself) will be pursued over the matter. nevik2 You state - "in the end flogging a dead horse has to stop." I couldn't agree more. The problem is the horse is not yet officially dead. I wish the owner would put a 12 bore shot gun to the horses head and put us all out of our misery. Its the frustration caused by silence that's the real killer. Looks like we're all going to have to wait until 31st October 2013. | pwhite73
04/10/2013 15:15 | With that update at least we know where PJ has spent his time and effort and it certainly isn't here. | pwhite73
04/10/2013 14:59 | TWL update. It does not sound like Intabet will be heading for TWL, they look to be getting out of the betting side in general. | nevik2
01/10/2013 10:04 | 31 inc today. | bobby.ifa
01/10/2013 09:59 | How many days left now? | adh0
25/9/2013 09:35 | Don't the company have to relist by end of sept, otherwise they are perm delisted? | sprydon
25/9/2013 08:48 | The only way I think I can get something back out of this is if MDC do handover a working Intabet to TWL for a £. That I'm thinking is my best chance of clawing back some losses. I'm not sure whatever MDC do as far as listing/results makes a jot of difference anymore to me or anyone else. If we ever get a coroner report it will only make us angry at the stupidity and obvious mistakes and swindles that 20 20 hindsight gives us. It's gone and picking over a pile of mouldy 'ol bones isn't good for our health. Even if it looks positively fraudulent i doubt anything will be done, just salt for our wounds.Anything left to me in the MDC Will will be an unexpected bonus. | nevik2
23/9/2013 12:22 | Well, theres two ways here 1) Don't publish the results, delist 2) Publish the results, re admit trading, get smashed Either way not pretty. Unless they can publish results and call an egm but stay in suspension until after the egm? Thinking about it as a PI, would you be able to get out with more £ if it relists after results with no restructure or post restructuring....... | ryan83 |
