08/9/2013 18:30 | MDC is LEO. It is just a change of name that's all. PJ will be chairman of LEO until announced otherwise. | pwhite73
08/9/2013 16:16 | We are not LEO yet, the vote has to be passed, it will of course. Until then no doubt if LEO wanted they could change their minds. MDC will be back for the reincarnation, it will make do difference to us I fear what happens from now on all the same. In theory approx £0.001 x 1000 we get £1. for each share!!!! apparently if we cash in, that's how PJ is doing the maths. LEO must have a humdinger of a deal to launch a new company on aim that will trade at £1. That will be a day to remember, I wonder if I can get a spread bet on to short that one! That's right isn't it or is my maths way off? | nevik2
08/9/2013 15:42 | Adh- more of tongue in cheek and spite :-D | ryan83
06/9/2013 23:54 | nevik2 You are LEO. LEO is just the reincarnation of MDC. No MDC no LEO. | pwhite73
06/9/2013 16:13 | RE Box Nation, I dont think they ever intended to pay Intabet a penny up front it would have been a joint venture splitting any revenue. Im still not entirely sure what it was Intabet would be doing/providing Box nation it was never really clear. "Worth" is a very subjective thing, it is worth what someone will pay for it. At the moment I dont expect that to be very much but I could be wrong. My prediction is it goes to TWL for an amount less than £100k. Likely £1 actually, but we shall see wont we. For those offering to buy it themselves a genuine question perhaps you could answer, what EXACTLY is it do you think you would get? | adh0
06/9/2013 16:05 | I don't think that's going to happen unless LEO pull out. | nevik2
06/9/2013 15:16 | Without a gaming licence its worthless to MDC shareholders or so we are led to believe. There is a new danger now which is the results may not be released before the end of September. This would result in a complete cancellation of the listing. No MDC and no LEO. | pwhite73
06/9/2013 13:26 | How do you know it's worthless? Clearly Box Nation like what they have seen. | nevik2
06/9/2013 13:22 | adh0 - 06 Sep 2013 - 11:27 - 11662 of 11666Apparantly its worthless. I suspect TWL will purchase it for a token amount. I could be wrong though...........Why would you pay money for something that is worthless? | 5310carraroe
06/9/2013 13:22 | Ah ha, the answer then we form a consortium . Think, we could be filthy rich by Christmas. How do you get to a billion doubling 8 times starting at £4.? | nevik2
06/9/2013 13:10 | no advance on £2 then lol | ryan83
06/9/2013 13:08 | only another 8 doublers and it'll be worth a billion pounds ...wow you guys have the makings of first rate aim CEO's... | moreforus
06/9/2013 13:07 | what the hell, nevik I'll double that :-) | ryan83
06/9/2013 13:06 | So what will anyone pay for Intabet? It's not worthless after all, Box Nation want it after the trial period. You could easily forget that first trading update. "Trading Update The Company is pleased to provide an update on current trading and progress on the publication of the financial results of Media Corp for the year ended 30 September 2012. Progress with the gaming platform is on-going albeit slower than planned due to access to resources. The Box Nation feasibility period is complete and Box Nation continues to require delivery of the betting platform. " So clearly it was tested and worked, Box Nation likes it, they still want it. There must be a legal requirement regarding duty to shareholders to get the best possible price for any assets. If TWL want to give a pound for it, I'll double the offer. | nevik2
06/9/2013 10:27 | Apparantly its worthless. I suspect TWL will purchase it for a token amount. I could be wrong though. | adh0
06/9/2013 07:32 | What is happening to the Intabet IP ? | tigmi
05/9/2013 18:52 | I hold 140,000 shares. They cost an arms and a leg but are now so watered down in voting value it's not worth the effort. If your shares are in a nominee account, as mine are, you can still get voting papers if you ask for them. The last time I voted my shares were not counted - another reason for not bothering. | jackthetrader
05/9/2013 17:04 | I had also been pondering which way to vote. After reading recent posts believe it will be a no vote on my certificated shares (small amount of 3k). Unfortunately, I believe I will have no chance of voting on the 10.5k shares held in nominee account, something that really should be available. Believe that any shares bought and held in nominee accounts the investor receive any rights and be able to vote. The nominee account companies should not be able to retain rights on shares bought by the investor or vote on the investors behalf if not as the investor wishes. Alternatively, for PIs that are only able to deal in small Nos. of shares the cost of receiving certificates should be much lower. Don't remember seeing any brokers charging less than £50 recently. £50 -100 or so on say about £200 of shares 25%+ | geminian
02/9/2013 21:16 | Which ones? You should be able to tell by a missing post number | ryan83
02/9/2013 21:10 | I think some of my posts have been deleted. I have no idea why! | adh0
02/9/2013 20:04 | Tick tock We may get back 5% lol | ryan83
02/9/2013 13:35 | Anyone here think it should be a yes vote?.....and why. | nevik2
31/8/2013 21:46 | No vote from me until i'm guaranteed some value. | applelover
30/8/2013 17:03 | When the BOD were busy telling shareholders about the great Intabet there was never any mention of problems getting a gaming licence. This share was pumped by the usual suspects from the day traders thread. Not a word from them since the recent RNS.Many are going to lose big time as the company appears to have little value. | 5310carraroe
30/8/2013 11:19 | I doubt Intabet is worthless. I would think the real killer for MDC was not getting the Gaming License, plus of course the unknown outcome of the PL claim. Intabet will go on to make money somewhere I have no doubt, best bet is TWL. Shutting up shop is the easy answer to all the problems even if Intabet is ready to go live. James Rose has a gaming License I believe, no reason we will not see a new company with Intabet as the product. Of course right now it suits that Intabet is seen as worthless. | nevik2 |
