Good questions asked above - and yes why arent the two directors coming on board? All very dodgy with the intabet stuff and now with the EGM not taking place...

Lawyers making an error, I wonder what they charge for that.
Forgot to mention LEO does not have any money?

It is beyond parody! How to run a multi million pound company into the ground whilst providing a smoke screen for the past theives to escape and just be so incompetent nobody suspects you were in on it. Top work boys.

Adjournment of General Meeting

Further to the publication of a circular on 23 August 2013 (the "Circular") the Company is proposing to adjourn the general meeting detailed in the Circular scheduled for 16 September 2013. This decision has been taken following the discovery of an error in certain proposed resolutions. In addition, Dan Maling and Jeremy Taylor-Firth will no longer be joining the Company.

As a result the directors will revise the proposed investing strategy outlined in the Circular as well as the options more broadly available to it. As mentioned in previous announcements, the Company has had other approaches and the directors are in discussions with certain parties in this respect.

The directors intend to reconvene the meeting with a new notice of general meeting as soon as practicable. Any such new notice may be subject to the Company identifying suitable additional management and associated funding.

A further update regarding the Company and its business will be made in due course.

I can't wait for the TV series of this, I believe Mr. Bean is getting the starring role, the Chuckle Brothers are also up for a couple of parts.

Forget about everything as it is a foregone conclusion that we will be waiting on oil deals, drilling permits and assays not that far down the line.
Market cap at final trading price puts MDC in the micro-cap class, so it is hope and dreams from now on.

I have my letter from MDC TF. Start of last week if I remember correctly. Seems this co. cannot get the simplest of things right.

Intabet = Several years in the making, hundreds of thousands of pounds when it came on board MDC + heaven knows how much spent on it since (I dont think we will ever find out the accounts are still nowhere to be seen) and I would say the chances of it ever seeing the light of day as an operational website are... slim.

Did it ever even exist? It is not for me to say. I will let others decide that I have my own opinions already.

Has everyone received the letter from MDC about the AGM? I have 500k+ shares and not received the letter. Only being a regular reader here have I heard about the meeting. My shares are not in any brokers/nominee account so I'm surprised I haven't got the letter.

If I were to buy Intabet then I'd expect to see and get all the code that's been written and have due diligence to see just that. Over a year or two in the making, so let's see the code, that would prove it's finished or exists.

The GoalMillions exists, so what of that?

If these are finished and the sole property of MDC then what are they doing to sell them if that's their option, who or where are they advertising them to sell? They have a value and plenty of people in the gaming market who know what they are doing would see their worth.

The only chance of salvaging something meaningful is if the new investors inject fresh cash into the company without issuing shares or someone is prepared to purchase your shares for 100p. Otherwise prepare for a near 99% wipe out.An investment of £1000 becomes £10.

Sprydon.
Who do you think you will be selling to?
Say it opened at £1. (mkt cap share issue) no one is going to pay that, it will tumble and tumble and tumble.
You hit the sell button and you will not get a deal. Everyone will be hitting the sell button, who the hell is going to be hitting the buy button?
I see no option but to stick it in a draw and come back to it in a few years time. By which time LEO will either be dead and buried or invested in something bringing in a return, mind you your investment will of been diluted several times by then.
If LEO have something ready to go, we might get something, even so I don't expect 10% of what I paid.
