04/3/2017 14:50 | Anyone hazard a guess on listing date? I've just looked at the new website and it reads well. My sentiment is starting to change to more hopeful now. | maceman
04/3/2017 10:36 | Just been doing a bit of swotting on Nasdaq First North. An Application and Admission document must be submitted at least 8 working days prior to trading. The share price on listing must be at least 50 eurocents or currency equivalent, this would be 4.75sek or .25p. If they intend to list in March the deadline would be 22nd March for submission of the Application and Admission document. | beggarman
03/3/2017 12:05 | I'm now starting to panic, maybe they'll relist and superted won't sell up and we'll be stuck with him.. Good thing he wasn't around when pinky and perky were drilling for water. | scoobydoo99
03/3/2017 11:28 | Guys, I've registered with TD, but they are saying that Computershare need to instigate the transfer. Has anybody else done this? Computershare aren't being very helpful. | bexman77
03/3/2017 10:42 | I'm looking forward to having a glass of champagne with you superted to celebrate this coming good. There will be no pie on the menu :) Not long now. | budgetbond

02/3/2017 16:28 | Just a formality .They- Matra - should issue something soon .Once it's done he can process it | supertedsmith
02/3/2017 16:15 | Hi SuperT I spoke to him he said he transferred yours over but was supposed to get back to me to see if he could accept mine before they list. Their latest corporate actions update says there's no guarantee they will re list, hence their reluctance to accept any transfers in I suspect. I've filled out the forms and going to send it anyway. Thanks SuperT | nedhammers1
02/3/2017 16:08 | NedDid you sort it out | supertedsmith

02/3/2017 07:27 | beggarman, just picking up on a point you made yesterday about why Eric Forss has got involved and you suggested it was an old pals act to help Maxim get Matra listed - if he was just coming in as a Director and not putting any money, then I would be tempted to agree with you. However because he's made a $500k investment, my view is that there must be more to it that as that's a really significant amount to be putting in. | budgetbond
01/3/2017 19:59 | fyi Beaufort can hold the local Swedish line...small cost involved not sure exact cost yet but i'm transferring my CDI'S to local Swedish | calmtrader
01/3/2017 19:36 | pretty obvious they delisted because they wanted to take on more areas and some would be classed as a reverse takeover on AIM in my opinion but they may come good who knows until they list I now have over 6 mill shares worth 0 but I do have 6mill lol they will come good they will come good Good luck to all out there be positive you never know, no one will know until they list | mocolondon
01/3/2017 16:49 | Has anyone managed to answer the seemingly obvious question of why they delisted .Why have we been unable to trade shares on any major index for three years .Why are they getting paid salary and Expenses for this period .They could have stayed on AIM.Obviously only people benefiting during this period has been management .Company far worse off now than when they got on board . | supertedsmith
01/3/2017 13:45 | tackems only personal opinion but i think there keen to get it done asap..so before then | calmtrader
01/3/2017 13:37 | Calm, do you think that they may give themselves some lee-way and use their quoted 'Long Stop Date of 31 March 2017' before these are listed? | tackems
01/3/2017 11:26 | Budget They are not going to relist at delist price before conversion .I always said would get 20% of delist price . Nothing has changed .Calm down | supertedsmith
01/3/2017 11:21 | budget - I see the involvement of Eric Forss as some kind of old pals act to list the shares. They would not want to list in the US because of the regulatory requirements and also they would have shareholder class actions if they misbehaved. They have tarnished their reputation in London due to the way they have treated us, so it is unlikely they would be successful in relisting on AIM. They need some one like Eric Forss to bring them to the market. | beggarman
01/3/2017 10:56 | beggarman, it would also explain what might have tempted Eric Forss to get involved - one option could be that he has facilitated the deal | budgetbond
01/3/2017 10:54 | beggarman, re: Vlad - that was where I'd got to with my thinking as well | budgetbond |
