09/11/2016 15:22 | super, if only I thought you said that with a positive eye on the future The reason I suggested that is because I'm not sure I see MB having worked for three years while the company has been delisted to increase the price of his own shares from 0.8p - 1p. I know what your response will be (he's milked it for salary and expenses blah blah blah) so humour me on this one. Let's see. | budgetbond
09/11/2016 14:16 | It all depends on how much money they are trying to raise, the bigger the placing the more dilution for us. | beggarman
09/11/2016 14:11 | super will selling at 1p equivalent give you a profit? | calmtrader
09/11/2016 14:04 | Budget " more to the deal than meets the eye " You can guarantee that will be the case | supertedsmith
09/11/2016 13:38 | Beggarman Think perhaps being little optimistic in valuation | supertedsmith
09/11/2016 13:32 | I'm delighted by the news today and vindicates my view that the company would always relist and we would get the opportunity to swap our shares and trade them. As for the NewCo structure and the likely share price, I dont have a particular view at the moment but it wouldn't surprise me if there was more to the deal than meets the eye and more potential upside too | budgetbond
09/11/2016 13:09 | Budget ..market cap spoke to people who should know...then just factored in matra LN value of total group | calmtrader
09/11/2016 13:08 | Budget lets t see what happens . YES they have absolutely screwed us as you so poetically put it . If it's relisted at 1p- which I very much doubt - then the price would have remained unchanged for over three years whilst they have been continuously and no doubt profitably milking company And if it happens - which I reiterate again I doubt - yes I am selling mine first thing and no more posts from me . | supertedsmith
09/11/2016 13:08 | Ted - It all depends on how much they intend to raise. I would go with £80m as a current valuation, if they try to raise $45m to wipe out all their debt this would give a market cap of £116m, therefore Matra USA would own 69% of the total and we would own 23% or £27m. This would give us a share price equivalent to 1.27p. | beggarman
09/11/2016 13:06 | calm, thanks - how did you calculate the market cap and share price Not disputing it, just curious | budgetbond
09/11/2016 13:04 | I'm flaming hope so Budget. | lewis_81
09/11/2016 13:03 | Budget. I would guess approx equivalent to 1p per share...but. Could be completely wrong | calmtrader
09/11/2016 12:58 | super, wait for what? you were convinced that they were trying to screw you and they've proved that they're not (as I told you countless times) you've already been told that you can trade your shares when they list. so no doubt you'll be selling them on day 1? | budgetbond
09/11/2016 12:58 | Beggarman Assuming that calms valuation of 70/80m correct how much approx would our shares be worth assuming it's all of matra ? | supertedsmith
09/11/2016 12:56 | calm, so what's your estimate of the consolidation ratio and likely share price? | budgetbond
09/11/2016 12:56 | Budget lets wait | supertedsmith
09/11/2016 12:54 | Market cap likely to be between £70m-£80m is my guess.. | calmtrader
09/11/2016 12:53 | super, isn't this the day you said would never happen....? | budgetbond
09/11/2016 12:49 | So 30% of listing price | supertedsmith
09/11/2016 12:45 | we are all doomed, all doooooomed. I'm on Amazon now placing my order ............ | nedhammers1
09/11/2016 12:43 | They are desperate, they have tried everything else and this is the last throw of the dice. They have a $5m debt repayment due on the 1st January, they will probably be able to defer this if they can prove they are going to list the company and raise fresh capital. | beggarman
09/11/2016 12:39 | Why wait so long ? Why waste so much ( of our time ) time and money ? No other options ? Court case ? No more money to milk ? | supertedsmith
09/11/2016 12:34 | Ted - There trading on Barskys previous reputation with WSR. Probably no one else would touch them. | beggarman
09/11/2016 12:31 | Beggarman So begs question why not us or Uk | supertedsmith
09/11/2016 12:19 | Beggarman i have had it confirmed | calmtrader |
