super, we will NOT get diluted with an opening price of less than 0.8p. It will not happen, there are too many big investors in stakes with prices above that. There will be more to this listing than we know about at the moment and the structure of the deal could be very different when the listing takes place.

You were wrong about not listing again and you will be wrong with the listing price. You are consistently wrong because you dont understand what gets investors like Maxim out of bed in the morning.

When you start to get your head around that, then you will understand that their starting position every day is not 'how can I stuff my investors' but actually 'how can I grow my investment'

There are too many factors, are they just going to list the company and place additional shares to raise finance? Are they going to complete a merger with a company already listed in Stockholm? I'm inclined to agree with doxford, just get some money out of this mess.

Beggarman Misunderstanding - I am talking about future value of one of our current shares once relisted in whatever form What do you think it could be

I can't see them listing below 1 sek (around 9p)so the consolidation factor must be at least 1 new share for every 10 current shares, if not less. It all depends on how much they intend to raise via a placing.

Like many others I too would welcome an opportunity to dump this lot for any small repayment against a massive loss. Not in my wildest dreams can I see this total shower ever trying to do anything for anyone except themselves. Can anyone imagine them declaring a nice dividend for all their captive investors?

Beggarman What do you see them doing Could have given themselves so many shares that value already diluted then additional fund raising dilution so who knows maybe even 0.1

Beggarman Whatever is here for us or not Certain that Trump win massive bonus for non CROOKS .They may even modify their plans to jump ship for quick profit .Question is how going to get rid of us

It could be due to the restructuring, if they listed in the US they would have to have a share price of around $5 as a company is automatically delisted if the share price drops below $1 for a period of time. Whilst in Sweden there are no such restrictions.

I also think it has something to do with Mangold Fondkommission AB, they may be able to make it easier to raise capital based on Barskiys previous reputation in Sweden.

I have never had any problems with calm other than thinking he's Vlads spokesperson here and a tad Walter Mitty like .
Am more than ever convinced we will be diluted to hell and it's just another con trick

Calm

Apologies if I am deluded .
Gut instinct says am not - but you seem likeable person in spite of all my misgivings.
I just don't see you as type of person holding £135k of shares here .
