These two parts interesting

Minimum size requirements

The expected aggregate market value of the shares must be at least EUR1 million.

Minimum shares in public hands

Conditions for sufficient demand and supply of the company's securities must exist in order to facilitate a reliable price formation process. In particular, the company must have a sufficient number of shareholders and sufficient number of its shares in public hands. The number of shareholders and the possible commissioning of a liquidity provider are both factors taken into account when evaluating sufficient demand and supply.
At least 25% of the shares within the same class being admitted to trading must be in public hands (the exchange may accept a percentage lower than 25% if it is satisfied that the market will operate properly with a lower percentage in view of the large number of shares that are distributed to the public).

All I am saying is that we need to wait and see.
If the price is 0.1- 0.3p is that really any good .
I do not trust these folk an iota.
Anyone know what financial requirements are for lisiting on Swedish stock market

Well I'm also suspicious of what you say Ted given a relisting was supposedly never going to happen.

P.S They cannot manufacture the price if relisting and just put it on the market at 3p to keep us happy. Doesn't work like that.

lets wait and see what they actually do .
what shares if any we get and at what price .
Remember the delist price was 1p and lot of people here have averages in the 3p
range .
Questions questions -
why delist in first place other than to milk company for three years and restructure in such a way that new shareholders will lose out .
Whole delistprocess wil be costly so why delist in first place .
They could just have remained on AIM.
So yes I am still very suspicious.
If you read the wording of the release nowhere does it mention potential value of new shares or what price they will be

It's over three years since you have been able to trade these now worthless shares.
No prospect of any change .
The company is massively in debt .Our only asset sold off in some dodgy deal .
Delisted for duplitous reasons.
And you think all is ok .
You folk deserve Mb and current team milking matra .
You truly do .

The company is taking us for a ride . And laughing at deluded folk who continue to defend them in face of patently obvious situation .They have done so ever since they came on board .Look at facts .Their actions bear this out .They have done less than nothing for us apart from 1: making our shares worthless , untradeable,2: selling our only asset , 3/ putting us massively into debt All this whilst continuing to milk company for own ends .Someone tell me one thing they have done to improve our lot as shareholders since they got on board this gravy train ?ONE THING

Calm What rubbish -Nothing is going to happen to improve our lot .They may come up with some manœuvre to milk more money for themselves .other than that nothing Still don't understand if you are so confident in the non CROOKS. Why you are not willing to pay delist price of 1p for my shares .

calm - I'm just making an observation, the last day they could hold an AGM this year is Friday the 30th December because of the notification period. One would hope they would hold an AGM before Christmas, which means they need to advise us within the next fortnight.

If they don't call an AGM by the 30th of November they can't hold one this year. They could just file the accounts and take a fine for not holding an AGM but I think something is wrong if they can't meet these requirements.
