john09,

If this is good news, I'd hate to see what you consider bad news!

This 2m social distance rule is an arbitrary guess.
Far too big a space, it could be reduced and will be.

Listen to medical 'experts'. they would have us locked up for 5 years and a social distance of 100m.

A different pub and bar operator on Ian King Live just now. Re-shaped the pub layout at not cost and reckons he can operate at 70% capacity inside but then make up the other 30% utilising the outside more effectively

They now have enough liquidity to survive beyond the end of the financial year even if pubs remain closed beyond then , which i think is unlikely . New Zealand pubs have just reoppened and people were queuing round the block. I think UK will reopen pubs somewhat on July 4th . The government knows the importance of the UK brewing industry

There was a bit of bid speculation you may also recall

The brands and the pubs will be appealing

This is looking healthier. Said yesterdays news was good. Up 6p on yesterday’s low.

Could really have legs this today and into next week.

49p is the high from various rallies (during lockdown)

Good to see those young Americans in a crowded pub drinking beer, getting close and chummy..
It was as though no one had told them.
This is how it will end, and quicker than we think.
So MKS can open their cafe.
Good news for them.
This will break down and get back to normal quickly.
Telling us that there is an outbreak of 8 new cases in Moscow will not work second time around.

In that film close encounters.
The public were kept away from the landing site, and had to wear masks.
All a con, they took them off when the spaceships came in.
