Just jealous that we have hit a huge winner. 6.7 to sell now....a six bagger for me for the stock I added in May. Still a tiny mkt cap and of course they have other stakes and holdings and the company already made a profit.

They could sell their stake if permission is granted to a big player. They hinted at this last month....

"The Company's most significant initiative in the renewables sector is the development of large scale solar energy sites in the UK, through Marechale's associated company, Northfield UK Solar Limited (Northfield). Established in 2013, Northfield is developing a portfolio of solar sites. Marechale's stake in Northfield, at around 26% of the enlarged equity, is the Company's largest investment to date. As previously reported we are still awaiting the outcome of a planning appeal on the first site, on which a decision is due in the Autumn of 2015. Northfield's second large scale site is now in planning and we expect to hear a decision later this Summer. Whilst it is difficult to attribute values until planning permissions and grid connections for sites have been secured, there is significant potential uplift value for Marechale's shareholders

One of the six deals in the first half, is for the solar farms that my research points to having a built value of £950M.

For a tiny company like Mac this could produce huge profits over the next few years in my view.

A kid of 3 will tell you that any company doing a near BILLION pound deal,[the cost of 600KW solar] stands to make ITRO 1% - 5% some no doubt will be Recurring revenues.

The line under comes from the last set of accounts

"to create long term asset value for shareholders"

That would = revenues of £10M - £50M just from solar alone.!!.

On a low P/E of just 12 the share price is in my view going to be mouth watering.

Todays market valuation is daft.
