can't predict yet tip, planning permission is needed first.

as someone who posted extensively on the SXX thread about the potential pitfalls of the planning system (albeit that was a National Park, so on a wholly different scale to this!), I'm not counting any chickens until the Committee has voted..........

someone should probably tell MAC that Kettering County Council does not exist.......it's Kettering Borough Council.

I'm just about to read the committee report and I'll post anything I consider worthwhile noting shortly.

My research is posted in good faith.

I only invest in shares that can, ( not all will ) Ten bag in 18 months to 2 years.

Look at HALO 5P to 24P

Look at TRD 8P to 35P.

It's about looking at what a company can do NOT the past where all the accounts look.

LSE calculation .The two farms (should the one on appeal go through)would give MAC a value of around £45million. Current valuation 1.5 mill.

Ap...you are wrong in fact. Look at Tara 7 picks over last few years. He published a yearly list and this one was on it. Tara 7 / 10 bag has had more winners on this site than anyone else I know. Northacre being my favourite. There are plenty who just pick losers trust me!
