What should I say in the email to Ogg Lay Ann?.
Once TDW know FPS is now ZOL. Then hopefully I get my shares.
Although it may not be that simple. However I be able to find
the old contract notes saved in my history.

They did a consolidation of 100 to 1 at 7p hence went to 70p.

You could contact Ogg Lay Ann - former owner of FPS. I'll see if I can find an email.

Please find me some links refering to this FPS/Crosby/ZOL transaction or evidence on it?.
Then I can produce the evidence to TDW for them to look into it, and then they can hopefully give me the ZOL shares that are rightfully mine.

If I do manage to get my holding sorted then I will happily reward you something.

Also ZOL went to £1.80 and my holding could of been worth over 100K and they still are nearly 60p. Instead TDW show I do not own any FPS shares.
Another words they may have stolen them and they owe me ZOL shares.

FPS listing was sold to Crosby Asset Management who then allowed it to become ZOL.

I only kept my 1m shares at 0.35p in FPS and then sold them when it became ZOL around the 7p mark.

It was still Crosby Asset Management on the climb to around the 4p mark.

I have FPS on my TD Waterhouse account and they have vanished.
While the rest of my suspended shares are showing.

How do I get my ZOL shares from TD Waterhouse or do I need to contact the FCA?.

MAC mentioned as "10 bagger potential" on podcast on ADVFN.



Right at the end on the link provided. 3 reasons provided

1. Northfield solar is waiting for planning permission for 50MW sites
2. Similar sites sold for excess of £60 million and MAC's stake would be worth £20m
3. Underlying business improving with larger size deals as shown on website

For anyone reading from the CR thread, poor old Treacle seems to have got himself into a pickle. He is trying to re-pump an old Tara pump and dump.

However the world has moved on and large scale solar plants no longer get the subsidies they used to and the current Government are openly against them.

He hasn't understood the fundamentals here and how much they have changed.

Let me help you out, Parish (yes one 'r') councils have no real sway on a planning decision their opinion might help to sway an already decided fate, but ultimately they are just one of many smaller opinions.

National guidelines and policies will decide the fate, the district council will make the decision (obviously there is an appeal process).

You need to be able to read all the submissions to see how it stands and the council website doesn't allow that unfortunately, not sure if that is a good sign, when the majority of councils have a website able to be read, this one does not.
Do they understand what solar energy generation actually is???

This page seems to have been updated as now details of saving 21,000 tonnes of CO2 per year. Great to be advertising CO2 savings in the same breadth as generating electricity for homes.

We are pleased to confirm that our planning application has been accepted by Kettering Borough Council and will now be considered by them (REF KET/2015/0297). The Council provides a formal opportunity for public consultation about the application. Please note that responses to that consultation should not be sent to Northfield UK Solar as they need to be sent to the Council to ensure they are considered.

We are proposing a solar park up to 49 megawatts in size, which would provide enough renewable energy to meet the annual electricity needs of up to 14,840 homes and could save up to 21,000* tonnes of CO2 per year.

In response to comments received from the community prior to our planning application we have introduced a significant length of ‘permissive paths’. These will ensure that the local community will have the guaranteed right to walk along the length of the vast majority of the existing runways and perimeter road within the boundary of our scheme. This is something that was clearly of great importance to the local community and we are delighted that we have been able to reach agreement with the landowner to secure the availability of these paths throughout the lifetime of the solar park.

Bollinger Bands have levelled off now ahead of the next big breakout. Price remains above long term 200 day MA too - chart & ta remains in a position as to when the price reached a previous intra-day high of 7.50p.

Re above post. We already know from the parrish council meeting that the locals had raised no objections on the desborough site so long assists energy supply which it does by providing electricity to 15,000 homes. The council are just double checking formally.

MMs still offering over mid-price for stock. Despite the number of sudden derampers over many days i.e. since weekend they have not been able to have an impact on the share price which has remained rock solid despite the wider market turmoil too which other small caps have suffered from.

All great signs for the next breakout. Zak thinks 4p and I think it'll be many multiples rather as it should be on big news.

Normanaton appeal news anyday now.
Final Results should be around the 25th of this month
And then the desborough news shortly after

Serious momentum should happen when 3 bits of strong newsflow hits in a narrow window.
