Tee-Man, I love your idea of realising your Cap GAins allowance by selling OXS and buying MKD.
You never know, if this idea catches on then we could see the arbitrage window collapse to the point that MKD is worth more than 1/3rd of OXS; wishful thinking!

FYO I'm holding tight to my MKD and I'm just about to look into the worth of MKDW (prompted by this board) since I had completely forgotten about them existing!

nobull... The only drawback in your argument is if the MKD holders sell out at around 40p as opposed to those who have already converted around 23p. Also no deal has been officially announced to small holders unless of course you ring Oxus to do the deal.

Teeman, they just continue releasing good OXS news as and when necessary (e.g. if the gold price doesn't do the job for them?) and keep offering the 1 for 3 deal. The MKD shareholders may well get the equivalent of 40p per share, but not better than a 1 for 3 deal. The first people to swap don't get jealous, because their OXS shares will be worth more now than when they made the swap. OXS doesn't suffer too much dilution and the MKD shareholders who swap last can say they got an higher equivalent price than the first people who swapped. If this is the game plan, everybody wins? Brilliant.

I wonder how Oxus are going to complete this exercise.
MKD dividend has created so many small holders, how to tempt them (40p ?) !!

Great day, yes. This was all on the back of the 12% increase in the OXS share price This in turn, was on the back of the price of Gold & silver to a lesser extent. Any downward revision to the pog(maybe to $550)will see a similar revision to the OXS share price & here.

Certainly hope so, otherwise I have a real dilemma as I don't want to hold OXS shares. Nothing against them, but I already have enough gold in my portfolio to fill Fort Knox.
