02/1/2013 17:22 | Bit of a bonus we didn't fall today. 2013 got to be a better year and a long climb back up that chart. Can't see the Americans giving up their gun rights too easily. | battlebus2
11/12/2012 07:42 | As close to ahead of expectations for 2013 as you can get :)) Manroy Plc ("Manroy" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted UK defence contractor, announces an update on its forward order book for the financial year ending 30 September 2013. The order book and pipeline of Manroy for the current financial year are at record levels and negotiations are at an advanced stage in respect of significant orders, in addition to those previously announced. Accordingly, the Board remains confident that Manroy will at least match market expectations of revenues for the year ending 30 September 2013. The achievement of market expectations is not reliant on the Company securing the GBP8.0m export order referred to in Manroy's announcement on 13 September 2012. Whilst the Board remains confident this order will be won, it is now expected to be awarded during 2013. Glyn Bottomley, Chief Executive of Manroy, commented: "The Board is encouraged that the Manroy order book and pipeline remains strong and we look forward to announcing further positive contract wins in the near future. As substantial shareholders, the Directors all share in the frustration arising from the continued delay to the export order referred to above, but remain confident that this will be obtained." 23/11/2012 17:33 | It's a 49% stake we have in Manroy USA so they must have a decent input. The placing was to leave Manroy USA trading cash positive for the year and when they get the correct approvals it will be used to fund the delivery of contracts. Directors took shares in the placing to so we will see if 2013 proves to be as fruitful as predicted. | battlebus2
23/11/2012 16:36 | america will either sink the company or make it.the chances are 50/50.The recent small placing for working capital set off alarm bells. The start up costs in usa are eating cash and this is not a subsidiary but associated company control outside manroy plc. | ![]() charo

20/11/2012 13:34 | This has to be the most illogical shareprice ever. market cap £8.5m? It's nonsense | ![]() temelco
14/11/2012 09:27 | what a company. £10 mill mcap and 2 trades only today of £4100 worth and the share price drops 8%, yesterday was same dropped 5% on same volume. surely this can be manipulated easily at these swings on such low volume? | jimmy12345
09/11/2012 16:40 | Great news today, and once again the price drops? The 4.1 million contract has recieved export clearance, and will be shipped in next few months.
