bookbroker - I don't know what your problem is. This is a well run company doing well. I'll buy your shares off you if you want to sell. Remember what Warren Buffett says - invest as if the markets are going to close for the next 5 years - not the next 5 minutes.

It's time one of us telephoned this co. and asked them why it should take for months from year end to get their results to the market, for a small co. it is extraordinary that it should take so long, that is off course unless they have altered the year end without informing the shareholders not assoc. with the co. directly. For me this whole thing stinks of something untoward!

I'm cutting and running on this dog, seems management appear to be negligent to the investors in this co., the delay in results would be a poor signal, if they have bad news it is better to release it sooner rather than later.

19.02.12 I believe, these guys had better have a few tricks up their sleeves, and not some magical bit of accounting that turns balance sheet items on to the P/L account.

Beast chance for this co. is a takeover, what sort of premium anyone's guess, pretty much written off hope for a sustained future, I mean an interesting investment, but ethically unsound, bit like the nuclear power industry, Although I think this country's energy policy a disgrace, the future of energy lay in the replacement of existing power stations a long time ago.

I mean let's face it, at the moment this co. is trading on a rating of 5x current years earnings, not exactly a vote of confidence.

so why would it disappear?

Because it only arrived on the scene at the beginning of last year.

No I meant aboiut the shortest market listing - why would that be?

Because they need to temper their comments, when they make a statement about contracts they need to be more specific about a timescale, otherwise keep your mouths shut, investors expect more clarity irrespective of regulatory hurdles.

bookbinder - why do you say that?

Directors here seem to be behaving like amateurs, need to pull a rabbit outa ada hat, I'm holding here at these levels, but they had better not disappoint with their results, it could be one of the shortest market listings in history!

canaccord are serious proactive players - with lots of defence type industries at their finger tips. And for what it's worth "novation" is a big deal. Directors all have to be vetted, fingerprinted, checked out by the FBI etc etc and THEN the contract is only awarded to a specific location and specific bought in parts - so not a doddle. As yhou say Charo - could be something.....

depends on usa, company bet its future on sabre.if no order soon 2012 is over and cash will be a prob.cost of closures of two plants and integration into new facility will hurt first half.novation was expected according to company statement of july very soon, then in september soon and here we are mid dec still no news.manroy was built up by previous owners who made a tidy sum from the company and its sale.the new board have certainly invested strongly in the venture so hopefully will work out but news needed soon.
