I reckon if you hold these a couple of years they may well be a fiver.

I bet I bottle it and flog them for 150p or so far sooner and then come back here saying how much I regret selling!

Lost count of the times I've sold a stock for a 50%-100% gain then watched it treble again :-(

Isle of Wight PCT Staff Enthusiatically Welcome the Trust Wide Implementation of MAPS Healthroster

LONDON, April 26 /PRNewswire/ -- The Isle of Wight PCT is implementing Manpower Software's MAPS Healthroster throughout the Trust, and is the first Primary Care Trust in the UK to place an order for the staff rostering software. The diverse staff groups that will be rostered include nursing, ambulance and administration staff. The system will also be interfacing with ESR (Electronic Staff Record) enabling electronic timesheet management to reduce payroll overhead and increase pay accuracy.

Carol Astrom, Chief Nurse says "In the summer last year it became apparent that the
next step for improving rostering within our PCT was to move to an e-rostering solution for all clinical and non-clinical staff. Manpower Software's Heathroster was received with enthusiasm by our front line clinical staff, and it was clear that the benefits of this system would be significant. The system is easy to use and we are now well underway with implementation into our inpatient ward areas. The team from Manpower have a professional, effective and efficient approach from the sales team through to the implementation team who we are now working with. As Chief Nurse I am delighted that when the system is fully implemented that I will have information about staffing levels across the PCT easily accessible via the computer on my desk."

Mark Elmore, Assistant HR Director said "The Manpower Software product is going to bring up much more than just electronic rostering - we are going to have more and more real time data to hand, for example short term sickness, which when used will help us manage our people resource better than ever before. Staff across the Trust WANT this system. The demonstrated benefits are immense and will make many processes easier and more manageable. Employee Online (MAPS Healthroster's web tool for front line staff) will bring new functionality to the way we work with our staff. We have been impressed with the professional way that Manpower Software has taken our decision to proceed with them into the implementation phase, this has been both quick and professional and they have acknowledged the way that this Trust works and have worked hard to work with us. Our Trust is unique (Commissioning, Providing acute, Mental Health and Ambulance services) and we intend to use the product across all staff groups within a very progressive implementation programme."

Paul Scandrett, Healthcare Director Manpower Software said "Manpower Software are delighted to have been selected to work with the Trust whose range of services provides a unique environment. The Trust are leading the way in their drive to encompass diverse staff groups. The commitment and willingness to embrace change already demonstrated by the organisation, its project team and staff will ensure the success of the project."

I don't think MNS is going to give much back after that recent trading statement imo.

Already putting in a bounce today.

Afternoon Gents
As you will probably have seen I started this thread way back in June 2002 and although I have taken some profit off the table I still hold a reasonable stake. The reason for my ramble is this...Helium started to acquire their position in August of last year at 20p approx...I acquired mine at 25p in late 2001 so its been poor management of funds by me !! Timing is all important and it is because of this I have picked up on Helium acquiring a stake in IBL. Its quite an intriging situation..they own the rights to the Admiral Sports Brand and if you look at the previous 6 months RNS they have been busy licensing their brand across the world. They have a Market Cap of £7 million. They trade profitably with positive cashflow and a small cash balance which is soon to be boosted by £1.6m. Helium hold 8% and the results for y/e 2006 are due shortly. I have a small position...its forecast 2p eps for y/e 2007 which could turn out to be quite conservative. Anyway just my thoughts.

Chart looks like a good time to get in for any of you waiting in the wings.....wouldn't bet against it racing away next week.....these "ahead" RNS' often take a day or two to sink in IMO...

we'll see.....:-)
