When I spoke to Shore Capital they emphasised that what was important was reference sites. Once MNS had a number of these running, working and saving time and money they reckoned the NHS |Trusts could roll in very quickly.

This and the US connection and our mate Swann buying up loads (he's just bought £250K worth @ an average of nearly 66p now, the last lot @ 72.9p) then it all looks very interesting imo - possibly a double wammy US and UK demand for their software.

Just a reminder.......from Manpower website.....

HCA International, London's largest private hospital group, joins forces with Manpower Software

HCA International, London's largest private hospital group, is looking to further manage its staff costs with an integrated electronic workforce management system from Manpower Software.

The Manpower Software MAPS Healthroster system will bring together HCA International's human resource, payroll, temporary staffing and rostering functionality assisting the company to further reduce agency costs and streamline its staffing and workforce management arrangements. The appointment of Manpower Software, the world's leading specialists in workforce planning, follows a rigorous tendering and testing process.

As a first in the independent sector MAPS Healthroster will be systematically introduced across all HCA hospitals – The Wellington, The Portland, The Princess Grace, The Lister, London Bridge and The Harley Street Clinic – from spring 2007.

HCA International Director of Quality Support Services Colin Boakes said: 'To improve the efficiency of our manpower management arrangements still further, the time is now right for investment in a group-wide rostering system. Manpower Software has proved that its product not only meets all of our company needs but it is being welcomed by staff for its ease of use and significant time and cost-saving capabilities.'

Paul Scandrett, Manpower Software's Director of Healthcare, commented, 'We are delighted to welcome HCA, one of the leaders in private healthcare worldwide, as a customer. Their approach to the nurse resourcing challenge is both refreshing and forward thinking. Key to the solution is the capability to align nursing hours to patient care, crucial to maintaining the premier standard of treatment cost effectively. Our selection, after a detailed assessment process over nine months, is a reflection of our ability to provide the best value solution, closely aligned to HCA's objective of ensuring the highest quality healthcare is delivered profitability'

It's also possible that some big news maybe coming from over the pond....after all, HCA International is rolling the system out across all it's private hospitals in the UK.....an American owned company which has decided it's for them in the UK....they have huge health infrastructure in the States......maybe they want it there also.....no political decision needed for that whereas rolling it out across the whole NHS may require a central decision by government....

IMO etc

Wonder what though CR. Looking at his past history he has turned around companies extremely fast and obviously has loads of connections after working for Oracle.

I get the feeling the whole NHS has to go for this product, I mean its reported that not only does it save about 1/2 million quid a year but both management and staff love it ! Now you dont often find that on a product forced upon people.

Prior to opening, be careful about stating your intentions to top up until you have in fact done so. The MM's are aware of BB noise. Feel like I should come out with one of those war time phrases - somthing about 'lips & lives' etc..

Well he's keen and above last night's close of 70p. Infact he bought at the high.

Got to be a good reason behind his buying even on the rise imo.

perhaps, but did Swann buy his shares at 63p to scalp out at 70p? No, I don't think so.

I'd hav thought he's buying for much greater gains than what you get in the building society.

Holding mine for a lot further yet.
