What planet are you from. The problem Malvern have is not just lack of funds but even if miraculously they opened the schools they depend on overseas customers which cannot and probably will not want to travel. They clearly have a major financial problem as well. The 2.5m Wonga loan has obviously run out and they will either have to tap the market{which they may have already done by looking at the volume)or another highly dilutive mechanism ie convertible loan.If you want a roulette gamble then its here for you to try but please don't try and mug people off that its a safe bet.

NasarSaddique - "So if the PM announces easing of the lock down and schools can start opening up again, this could multi-bag very quickly."

Look at the graph trajectory prior to Coronavirus.

Around 85 million volume traded inc. NEX.

259m shares in issue.

Ignore Spreadbex on link - not updated

- Good news on Schools re-opening - above shows one hell of a short squeeze imo.

Language students have access to short weekly online group courses supported by Malvern's teaching staff and can book one-to-one online tutorials. Business diploma students are able to attend pre-scheduled online lectures and ACCA students can now access the full range of study material including video lessons, revision notes and exam papers.

The company is bust and will only survive if the directors pump in more
Cash the management is lacking
They had the opportunity to merge with
A online company last year who had several millions in cash this company’s
Shares have now gone up four fold

No I bought in yesterday on a punt and for a bit of fun. I have not bought any this morning. I did have to chuckle at how ridiculously fast the priced moved and, just at the time when I was posting. I don't post often but have a bit more time on my hands due to the lockdown. I've been punting on some of these microcap frothy shares. So far so good. No-one pays me to post anything.

Let's not forget this "SIGNIFICANT DROP" be very careful here Trading UpdateAs has previously been announced, all of Malvern UK learning centres are currently closed as is its school in Singapore. While some teaching has been successfully moved online, the Company has experienced a very significant drop in revenue and cash inflow. As there is no certainty as to when and how COVID restrictions will be lifted or how quickly trading activity will be able to resume, there is considerable uncertainty as to the Company's prospects.

I have spotted this and put in a smallish punt. could be another fun share over the next days and weeks. It is only valued at 400 K. Absurdly low. Priced to go bust, but has a sound well-established business which has been badly hit by the virus.
