Surprised that nobody really seems to have cottoned onto the significant discount on offer here - a very positive recent trading update, oversubscribed placing in Feb at 4p but due to City Financial selling 25m at 2.37p we sit way below recent levels.

News on the new training centre opening in Brighton is due in April as well as 2018 results that will show revenue growth of 100%+, some of which is acquisition related, but London also grew by almost 100% in 2018 so organic growth is equally strong.

Recently updated 2019 broker forecast is for £10.8m revenue and £1.2m profit, giving Basic EPS of 0.46p and putting Malvern on a forward P/E of under 6 at present - crazy when they have achieved 100% growth last year!

The new management team are clearly ambitious and this recent proactive video is evidence of the CEO’s passion to grow the business;

All in all this looks to be a bargain - education will always be in demand and they have turned the existing business around whilst also increasing the number of locations on offer. Should be back at 4/5p by the end of May IMO, off the back of excellent final results and Brighton expansion news - anything else in this period is a bonus.

One of the IIs became a forced seller due to administration. They sold around 10% of the company shares today. Technically, this should move back above the placing price of 4p in coming sessions.

I saw the interview on the Proactive Investor video released last week -video available on YouTube - and later saw that they are due to attend the Mello London event in May.Video looked quite interesting. The cynic in me thought they'd only be at Mello if their pending results were going to be good. Investors would give them a roasting otherwise.Bought 100k at an average price of 3.8 pence.Let's see what the next few months bring.

The main thing is it's all buying, not selling.

I've taken some more this morning, now the share price has dropped back a touch... @ 7p to buy. More positive news from MLVN will almost certainly see them higher, imo.

My first association here was in the old AEC Education days and what a different and improved business environment we are now in, renamed and under the MLVN umbrella.
