No RNS today with their results despite saying they were expected this week. So that's twice they have not done what they promised. I would say this is a serious breech of trust with investors

I emailed their PR company today about where the end of year results were as they promised them in May.

The terse, unapologetic reply stated they were "expected later this week". Does it really take 5 months for a company this size to report results? Seems very poor to me...

ii have decided to up there fees again, time I left them. They now want me to pay £9.99 a month even if I dont trade yea right!

Any recommendations for a cheaper broker?

I am considering going to iweb-sharedealing(Halifax) for a fixed £5 a trade or X-O(Jarvis) for £5.95, neither have monthly, yearly, or inactivity fees like ii

Profit before 2018 £480k 2019 £1.65m
tax

As long as Sam Malafeh reiterates these figures at Mello, Malvern seems undervalued to me at £8.7m mkt cap.You can bet the MMs are going to want their pound of flesh for the CF shares so could be a positive week

Lots of questions and the City Financial stake being offloaded has caused major damage to the share price so hopefully the next results will add some positivity and get it moving in the right direction.

Just to let you all know that Malvern International will be presenting at the Mello2019 event on Thursday 16th May and Friday 17th May. They will also have a stand at the event so available for Q&A with the delegates.



They will almost certainly be doing two presentations so one in the morning and one afternoon.

The City Financial stake of 25m was dumped at 2.375p on 27 march, as can be seen via the trades link below. There can't be much left of it to unload by now, and then a bounce up to 4p, the recent placing price, must be on the cards.

Odd how the share price fell then with very little buying went into positive territory on no new news.

There was 350,000 @2.65p, at 9:34am (delayed). Only worth £9,275 though.

Well there's your reason for the difficulty in buying. A nice delayed buy it would seem......very comfortable holding here.

I believe the drop to be false as it's been extremely difficult to buy all morning. Constantly had fill or kills rejected and then suddenly managed to get a quote for 100k at 2.6349 which I naturally snaffled. I don't think we will be at these levels for too long.

Dropped today for no apparent reason other than a sell or two. Can now but wait and see.

Yes a few more buys like that and we’ll be back to 4p. Short term in theory there should still be an easy 33% upside from current levels for any newbies looking to buy in, but if you can hold to the end of May I think there could be a lot more than that.

Nice for all those that bought this morning are already in profit!

What a change it makes to be on a board with thoughtful and civilised contributors. Polite as well.
I've been following MLVN for a while and took the plunge this morning at 2.7p. Wish I'd bought after the big fall on the 27th but looking forward to seeing how this pans out

Thanks Daburd, looking at RFX it looks as if City sold their 10% holding on 8th March... the share price has held up well compared to the hammering in MLVN.

Meanwhile the ask is up to 2.95, break 3p this afternoon with a bit of luck and then on towards 4p
