03/3/2014 20:22 | Not another cryptic post Matty lol I'll be less cryptic, decent sampling from Alabama(forgot epic last time - V.ALP) in today. Barking mad didn't buy more, only the odd 200% plus so far this year from past retrace, not bad I guess ;)) | riggerbeautz
03/3/2014 00:26 | I must go to the VET tomorrow. My French poodle and German daschund have been mauled by a nasty bear. | mattybuoy
24/2/2014 18:07 | Andy yes believe it has, you only have to look at past spikes, think it was Big North that was the real darling from memory? Either way as I say it's another one of those China stories and the off take agreement that Focus secured suggested an upsurge in interest from China, maybe given their own domestic shortages? Personally I've read a few times it's a race for production besides the quality of the flake. The ones that get there first will secure the partnerships in a tight market, let's face it there is always lots of talk, but many will never get into production, either running out of funds and be swallowed up or simply failing. So the possible winners are those already with deep pockets or fairly close to production. Find them and the lengthy list of contenders get a whole lot shorter, easier said than done :) | riggerbeautz
24/2/2014 17:10 | BTW I can't post links either ... | mattybuoy
24/2/2014 16:54 | The market is not looking so CAC today. Peyto also hitting all-time high. | mattybuoy
24/2/2014 09:43 | Any one still in Sandstorm Gold or still following it? | jimbowen30
24/2/2014 09:41 | rigger, Graphite has been overplayed IMO. ZEN.v was the darling for a while, but fallen back now they have had to put some actual numbers to their deposit! NOU.v looks interesting, with the prospect of early production due to it's proximity to the Timcal facility, which is more or less out of product. Tight share structure too. | andy
23/2/2014 23:01 | Lol wasn't mocking Matty it's a good strategy. As for ADVFN boards seldom post myself on threads, but odd gems capture my attention. Always checked here, time to time. B.t.w my latest TSX interest is following graphite miners; over hyped maybe, but the China story intrigues me. (Edit: if you're interested Alabama and Mason, some dude called Rogers likes the latter) Keep well | riggerbeautz
23/2/2014 22:47 | Rigger, Some of them were quite embarrassing ... Now I can't edit it anyway so we'll just stick good old 93-bagging Peyto :-) | mattybuoy
23/2/2014 22:45 | Before this weekend I hadn't been to ADVFN in months. Doing quite well keeping my own counsel etc. The energy juniors seem to be waking up, I wonder if the metals will too? | mattybuoy
23/2/2014 22:45 | Some shares keep giving Matty, my best or rather largest (profit) winners seem to be the ones I stuck with rather than traded; fairly certain most that genuinely do make money round here, would do it that way. Although I know a few decent traders. Speaking of pretty pictures, what happened to all those nice logo's in the header Matty, you fall out of love with them? | riggerbeautz
23/2/2014 19:32 | Ok no idea, maybe another ploy to try and increase the number of paying customers? Not going to work with me, I've paid enough dues here. | andy
23/2/2014 18:10 | I know how to do it, but it doesn't work for some reason. Perhaps you need to be blue? | mattybuoy
22/2/2014 21:32 | matty, Good to see you back! Yes you can, use img src | andy
22/2/2014 17:28 | I was being cryptic ... :-) How I wish I had bought Peyto in 2000. It has gone up 93 times since, without including divis. Does ADVFN not allow posting images any more? I had a nice graph to go here ... | mattybuoy
22/2/2014 11:59 | What you really mean Matty is that the miners/oilers/resour | riggerbeautz
21/2/2014 22:16 | What a bunch of CAC the markets are these days. | mattybuoy
21/8/2013 23:59 | Agricultural Streaming. The first agricultural streaming company has hit the market. V.INP - Input Capital Corp. - hxxp://www.inputcapi Basically they fund a portion of farmers' capex and input costs (e.g. fertiliser) in exchange for a discounted product stream. Canola (vegetable oil) is the initial focus. Here's some propaganda:- hxxp://www.stockhous | mattybuoy
21/8/2013 00:00 | Been a while ... I think a turnaround is slowly getting under way in the resources sector. However what about a way to play Mongolia which isn't a mining stock with all the attendant risks? V.YAK - Mongolia Growth Group Real estate is not usually my bag but here you have a ground level entry into the build out of a capital city and country which is basically starting from absolutely nothing, and will get years of massive boosts to GDP from Oyu Tolgoi and other mines, however the profits are divided. | mattybuoy
12/6/2013 14:58 | haha yeah I know that..but a quality company is still quality even if they pop onto his show :) The big question is - is this a quality company? | fangorn2
12/6/2013 14:56 | Cramer => bargepole. | mattybuoy |
