I was surprised at how easily I could buy today too.
With the news on the housing AND the fast growth, and a market cap under £10m these could be very bright....they even pay a dividend too.

Seems there was a seller about today, got some more quite easily earlier on - not often the case here. The seller has done buyers a favour I suspect - once these get tight for stock again 1k buys can move this up.

imo/dyor etc.

LPA is value stock regarding the housing and a growth stock regarding the business, I don't think it comes any better especially in this macroeconomic environment.

I'm taken a 24 months view the only downside for me is I have a small holding but it all counts.

High opperational gearing - these must be on a single digit fwd PE and earnings growth at over 100%.

That's a low PEG.

imo/dyor.

Good morning,
I bought these back in April liking the products/ growth sector and similarity to Dialight a few years ago but a much smaller company and small market cap with potential to take off. Am de"light"ed to see the update today and have been buying a few more this am so must be careful not to be seen as a ramper.

If they get the planning for 24 houses I believe the company could be sitting with a cash pile of £8 million after building costs if they do a deal with a developer.

There new site should be more cost effective than their old site which will affect their bottom line positively.

I'm not in any hurry to sell my holding in LPA and see what will happen in the next 12 months.

I still think there is some way to go on these. Shortage of stock is always a good sign.Think there is anothe 15-20p in these

The only trouble with LPA is trying to buy the shares, bought only 2000 at 70p and that seems to be a struggle.

Woodcot,I don't know the type or size they intend to build there, but what I can say, is that 5 bed detached properties would be North of £500k. A well sort after area, close to Cambridge and popular. Hope that helps a bit.

Does anyone know the type and size of houses they intend to build?

I've just looked at houses for sale in Saffron Walden and detached 5 bedroom houses go for £500k plus. Is this about right or does someone have more relevant information?

Just had a little nibble at LPA 5000@64p but there is a very thin market for the shares. Noticed the trade is not showing up at present.

Particularly strong buying today after the directors buy, shame in a way because I had hoped to top up after the interest had died down due to the scsw tip.
