bounty

Who knows whether he made it up or not but even if the clause was real it has to be read in the context of the laws within which it sits. It will make sense I am sure. Most of these quoted sentences that the chimps post actually have good reasons behind them. The tabloids easily play on the ignorance of their readers.

10.The Mandelson Pension Clause: The UK must promise never to tax former EU

officials based here such as Peter Mandelson or Neil Kinnock on their E.U.

pensions, or tax any current Brussels bureaucrats on their salaries. The EU and

its employees are to be immune to our tax laws. (Article 104)

Absolutely apalling that the loser remoaners can't accept the referendum result and are calling for a second one in the hope that they get the answer they want.
Well let them have another referendum....it won't make any difference, they'll lose again. People are wise to project fear, creeps like Carney, Hammond, Blair, Major, Clegg, Heseltine....they are discredited and no-one will take notice any more than they did first time round. They also don't want to be blackmailed into throwing £39 billion to the EU as a so called divorce sweetener.
The electorate can see the riots in Paris, problems elsewhere in EU land, Italian banking crisis etc. Ask yourselves why would people from Eastern Europe risk drowning in the English Channel in dinghies in the middle of winter to get here if life is so good in Euroland.
The electorate aren't stupid, nor are the young people of this great country, they weren't taken in first time around and they won't be again....not that they'll ever be able to agree the question. Leave no deal, LEAVE means LEAVE.

You obviously took great notice of David Cameron's leaflet Minerve, which cost us millions.I notice that leaflet was nicely coloured on the remain side of the leaflet and just black and white on the leave side. You and him take the public for idiots. He found out differently,I suspect that you will too.

Another readable report on WTO Global Trading deal:
Executive summary
Virtually frictionless trade under WTO rules
Intra-EU trade not without frictions
Imports from the EU under WTO rules
UK exports to the EU under WTO rules
No ‘hard border’ in Northern Ireland
No long queues at Dover
EU tariffs and potential regulatory checks not significant

The referendum result was for leave, parliment wishes to remain.Who are parliament working for i.e.the public. If they are not working for the UK people, join the revolution and kick them all out and get a party together that truly represents the majority of the people i.e. Democracy.

Sign the fastest growing UK petition?

“We are wasting Billions of pounds of taxpayers money trying to negotiate in a short space of time. Leaving the EU in March 2019 will allow the UK good time to negotiate more efficiently. The EU will be more eager to accept a deal on our terms having lost a major partner.”

Richard Tuck (British Academy Fellow) and Frank G. Thomson (Harvard Professor): “Suppose that it had been proposed beforehand that there should be two referendums on EU membership, one in June 2016 and the other in June 2019, and that the second one would be binding for twenty-five years or so, the usual breathing-space between major constitutional decisions. Such a suggestion would surely have been laughed out of court.”

ECJ Ruling Means Nought Unless UK Parliament Betray Brexit

Pro-Brexit Campaign organisation Leave Means Leave have pointed out that it would take a statute with a majority backing in the Commons to reverse Brexit.

Chair John Longworth has explained how the ECJ ruling is little other than Brussels twisting their own rules to keep the door open. The fate of Brexit actually lies solely in the hands of the UK Parliament.
