27/11/2024 08:19 | I see the BBC have nominated a he/she footballer as the she footballer of the year. More interestingly I bet no one could name her before the award or indeed after. (personally the only she footballer I can name is Mary Earps). Question arises - for what reason was the award of female footballer of the year given? The BBC is without doubt one of the central pillars of our woke society and as such has to shoulder the blame for much its destruction. It should no longer be allowed to the use the first B. or cease its programme of social engineering. But then it would take politicians with Trumpian strength and we aint got any. Talking of which people keep mentioning Farage but Im not certain he has done much since his election - he has imo been more conspicuous by his absence. I like Lee Anderson - says it as he sees it and has stuck his oar in whenever he can. Tice is a tad lightweight but hees been around more than Farage. Maybe Im wrong | scruff1
27/11/2024 07:47 | He's a pidgin troll Whites. I suspect he's fundamentally very thick though. When you combine a restricted vocabulary with an infantile perspective it's not a good look. Can't object to Arja having a swipe at the Tories though, if it wasn't for them we wouldn't be in this mess. | utrickytrees
26/11/2024 19:08 | The only ground Reform will make in Scotland is at the expense of Tories, unless Labour make significant reductions to the benefits bill which realistically ain't gonna happen imo. | utrickytrees
26/11/2024 18:38 | "Reform to be successful in Holyrood elections" "Scots want a change to status quo and Reform look set to benefit" The momentum is certainly with Farage, hope he buries his ego and make a vote sharing pact with the Tories, not to contest close call seats, so to drown Labour! First at local govt and then go National in very good time before the next election! | gotnorolex
26/11/2024 18:15 | If you think it's bad now, wait till next year when the real world slump arrives. It will make Covid and Brexit look like a walk in the park!!! | mossy11
26/11/2024 17:36 | Far from it Arja. I love this country or did! Its going downhill very fast with too much wokism caring far too much for the thoughts and needs of non contributing minorities at the expense of the real working majorities. All services are going down the pan. Very sad | tygarreg
26/11/2024 17:28 | Great, a load of share dilution just when we don't need it. A bad day at the office beckons tomorrow. | pretax2
26/11/2024 17:22 | Exeter, Bath & Bristol constituencies in SW least likely to sign petition, Virtually all Jocks in that belt between Glasgow & Edinburgh havent signed, can't get me head round that...wish they'd just fk off, no reason for them to be part of the UK. | utrickytrees
26/11/2024 16:30 | Utrick Send em to the Uk's version of Martha's vineyard imo. Too many over privileged White middle Class lefties living in places like Devon&Cornwall endlessly vote Libdum. Time they were shown the error of their ways | geckotheglorious
26/11/2024 15:38 | tricky, those poor folk of Burslem were some of the most talented and hardworking, well-paid people around. Would wakeup at 3am stroll down to the factory to open the dampers on the kilns,(no auto timers or motorised vents in them days) back to bed then start a 7am to 5pm shift. Their hand painted figurines were collectors items..but,but,but, the unions killed it all. Wage demands shoved the price to ridiculous levels making them non-viable items for Sunday Times colour supplement sales! Along came Capodimonte rip-offs from GDR and sent entire cobblestone streets to signup on the dole! Then came Red Robbo and did the same to the Auto industry! | gotnorolex
26/11/2024 14:42 | Absolutely Gekz, no point in housing these people in economically deprived areas like Stoke on Trent/ Middlesbrough/ Liverpool etc when these areas can't support the populations they have. If they were all lodged in London the influx would soon stop. | utrickytrees
26/11/2024 14:37 | Keep on getting ADVFN black Friday special offer popping up on screen...how do i get rid of it... | diku
26/11/2024 13:54 | Utrick, Post 399198 Such is done deliberately. | geckotheglorious
26/11/2024 13:08 | Yygarreg, Labour could never do as much damage as your wonderful Tories did for 14 years you clown . But then you voted for damage to your country as a brexiteer I suppose and so UNPATRIOTIC . You must hate Britain :) . | arja
26/11/2024 12:18 | Organic growth can support such diversity of income & cultures, mutually beneficial. Dumping hundreds of thousands of low skilled immigrants into economically deprived areas like Liverpool & Glasgow with little to no opportunity to make money is sinister & cynical, it lowers overall expectation of citizens which is a huge benefit for the political class. Literally asking for terrorism & civil unrest. | utrickytrees
26/11/2024 12:07 | Cheers hardup. Shows how much notice I take. | scruff1
26/11/2024 11:58 | It's human symbiotics (good, bad and the ugly gouging each other) in the most successful capitals of the world that makes its citizens affluent! The larger diversity of skills from office cleaning to Mega Entrepreneur, the more prosperous the population! "London is home to more bank head offices than anywhere else in the world, and over 250 foreign banks have offices in the city, with over 90,000 financial and professional services companies" If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere! Don't know how many languages are spoken on the tube, Farage has kept count! | gotnorolex |
