Russian Su-35 fighters cover aircraft in air strikes on Ukrainian army in Kursk area
One of the fighter jets uncovered enemy air defense sites by its weapons suite

MOSCOW, October 30. /TASS/. Crews of Su-35S fighter jets of Russia’s Aerospace Forces provided cover for aircraft in air strikes on Ukrainian troops and military hardware in the borderline Kursk area, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on Wednesday.

"In accomplishing their combat missions, the crews of Su-35S multirole fighter jets practiced aerial cover for bombers and attack aircraft and army aviation helicopters in air strikes on Ukrainian armor and manpower in border areas of the Kursk Region," the ministry said in a statement.

One of the fighter jets uncovered enemy air defense sites by its weapons suite, it said.

Damn it's fallen hard! Got out last week at 62 as was worried re budget and a new windfall levy, I'm looking to get back in, though will wait until after US elections, I think Lloyds has some good legs over the next few years, it's one to tuck away

Talked to 2 women in tears today. One a hairdresser one a small boutique owner. Both spent a lifetime going without to build up their business. Both feel that they cannot carry on. Nothing left to cut. They have cut their prices but customers still complain. As a mark of how much our MPs appreciate their desperate situations they cheered today in the HoC when the objectionable Reeves announced a 1p cut in the pint of beer. That's 0.2% off my pint of landlords the other night. Their joy betrays their unsuitablilty to represent their fellow citizens.

I don't think so scruffy, the tories tanked and nobody voted for them. The labour percentage was pretty dismal, but if the other side can't get their vote out ...

commenting on market movements is a mugs game.

I am into treasury stock of late and bought 10 year gilts this morning ahead of the budget.
So I was watching closely today.

Obviously the one thing that this new government fears, it is the bond markets forcing up interest rates.

I was parking cash and getting a 4.2% return while I wait for a pullback over the next few months. Agreed it is a boring investment.
