Unfortunately, both sides will blame each other. But really it's down to gov failures.

The tories failing on brexit and illegal immigration. Labour failing to treat both sides the same etc etc

Whether you see any side as thuggery or ideology, it would be impossible to whip up a national sentiment if such failures didn't exist

Ultimately its down to failure on illegal immigration. Not much else to blame or people. Just poor or failed policies
