I think tbe rumours of an emergency rate cut in America gave the gerbils an extra hour of hope

Some sell off at the end. Sort of suggests a US cut would be irrelevant

I wonder how much we are all paying toward the green revolution. I know a unit of electricity has gone from 5p when the coal fired power stations to over 40p today. Then us diesel drivers are paying £350 tax more than electric drivers for over 10 years. Then they want us to spend £10-£15000 on new boilers.
