I'm pretty sure the mass of opinionated posts are a few different handles of our very own minerve. Same (lack of) style, same overestimation of his limited intelligence, same vacuity of self awareness, same desire to be noticed by antisocial behaviour, same 24/7 dedication, same acute loneliness. Evidence with 99% probability.

I think the saddest part is the reaction from people when they feel rather dim in the presence of a non-gerbil haha

But an old adage

"it's alright finding the buys, but a bit of a pointless exercise if no clue when to sell"

Persnally id only buy them for yield at inception year prices. Always decent value for HSBA, BARC, STAN etc

Problem with lloyds is that you dont get that easy yield hold (where you can easily move cap exit up with inflation each year), as the inception year prices were high relative to today

It's a pretty common yield buy point on many stocks. Makes sense

For lloyds, id just add on inflation for each year held here, and exit when that latest price strikes.

This is all a waste of space. ADVFN must be aware of these characters. Why do they not put a stop to this nuisance!

Technically, banks crashing since 1999

So, good periods never recover past periods, and lead to the next crash lol

Decade plus of QE. Now they had the best of rates (less whatever defaults it will all create). Employment numbers high through most of those periods.

Not much else you can hope for now, unless banks start manufacturing nuclear missiles

Sunak obviously doesnt want to win the election. Any person of sane mind and decent morals would know you go to the D day memorials and stay all day .

what was he thinking of?

Nigel will tear him a new one on tv tonight.

I think they may be conservative with any interim dividend increase this time with the uncertainty about what the FCA will decide on the car finance in September?
