funny how some of these Tory MPs were remainers ( or so they say and we always believe what a politician says ! ) and then become born again brexiteers when chance of a promotion in government .
Plenty of thick brexiteers who say TM was a remainer just because she said she voted remain . NO way as her subsequent statements clearly showed and she hated idea of FOM as she often demonstrated in Commons as against staying in single market and customs union.

Polls have shown Rees Moog has a lot of support in areas you wouldn't expect such as the young. They find him - like Corbyn! - refreshingly honest.

The last few years have shown an increasing revulsion for traditional politicians, the how-do-you-know-he's-lying-his-lips-are-moving types, the ones you could pin a different rosette on and they'd function just as well

You could view the border controls as a bit weak, but still better than what boris was thinking - test everyone wanting to come in, and only those testing positive allowed in.

I've always wondered of the sense of giving 2 days notice to close the borders to hot spot areas. It just causes thousands of the potentially infected to scramble in crowds for the next available flight out, all crammed together in airports and aircraft seats. Still, most wore a mask, so that's ok then.

Agree with pretty much all of that post. At least we lot are all coming to much the same view and we wont be on our own so maybe things are beginning to look up. Agree re Fatty. Maybe hes related to a salmon or summat. He gave birth to brexit (although he would have squashed it just as soon if that would have got him into no10) now he can go and die off (politically I mean not to be too nasty)

Steve Baker was offered a junior ministers job by Doris, which he declined.

Not much point in having a title without the power to alter things. Junior ministers have to tow the line.

scruff, Cummings also suggested that with Savid Javid as Chancellor there would have been no furlough. If only! It's going to be incredibly difficult to get out of it because people get very comfortable with something for nothing (look at the infamous triple lock, for example).

It seems to me that Javid will be an important step in the return to normality and away from tyranny and socialist economics.

I see Cummings reckons Javid is bog standad and a headline chaser. Well if hes bog standard hes a step up from the rest of em and is there any politician (other than Hopeless who isnt a headline chaser !)
