Agree jacko, wasn't having a go at Alphorn in particular or anyone else on here, more the heavyweight politicos past and present who used skullduggery to try and fool us.

Respect people who know more than me, Alphorn is one and suspect your good self is another...in fact most on here lol.

I see the same maxim applying to Brexit. It will take years to see the real fruits of this voyage. Meanwhile, however, what we will be comparing our efforts with is the EU which is undertaking no voyage at all. Their ship has set sail, but with a captain they cannot change joining crew mates who are unable to read charts. Their engines have been put on “slow”, but they have not realised that the thrust from each engine is not directed in phase. All the engineers who could fix this have been left on shore.

Radio messages are indicating growing outbreaks of seasickness on the ship.

Minnie..It is over a month since the UK permanently left the European Union. Many so called 'Remainers' have embraced the situation and are moving on, especially when they have sat back and seen France and Germany is disarray and Brussels faffing around like headless chickens. Ireland didn't figure in the EU's last debacle, Ursula Von Der Leyen forgot that half of Ireland is still an EU member.

I know that you are a savvy investor and an intelligent bloke, so in time the penny will drop with you. To be labelled a 'Remainer' now has a different meaning than it did just a couple of months ago, it means some people have remained in denial. So the new term for 'Remainers' are the 'in Denial' 20%.

For almost 5 years you have championed the EU, now it's time to move on and embrace the future ;)
