04/12/2020 22:38 | Good job you weren't batting for us in 39-45. | cheshire pete
04/12/2020 22:22 | "All independent assessments estimate that we shall take a hit to GDP." .....and you believe them careful. Naive. | cheshire pete
04/12/2020 22:22 | Ffs Boris be a man and get out from this graveyard. | k38
04/12/2020 22:20 | No deal will mean economic war with Eu. Things will get nasty. Wars are very popular at first, optimism about outcomes. | careful
04/12/2020 22:20 | We export less that we import from Europe.. they have to lose more as union and as individuals. We want to be competitive, they don't want that.....they want us to play by their rules, really?.....what's the point of Brexit. | k38
04/12/2020 22:17 | Sorry careless years of bickering - not for agreement but for what it was all about - them not us. Life eh u and ur or not happy to lose - | jl5006
04/12/2020 22:15 | All independent assessments estimate that we shall take a hit to GDP. The pro Brexit argument is that independence and freedom from EU. rules is well worth a financial sacrifice. We export more to the EU. than any other market. We know it will be bad for them also. Everyone loses financially. but some argue it is a price worth paying. | careful
04/12/2020 22:08 | Almost there.. no deal, best deal. | k38
04/12/2020 22:04 | Why so careful? | cheshire pete
04/12/2020 22:03 | Maybe another extension deadline?...Jan 2021... | diku
04/12/2020 21:57 | 'uk prospering once free' delusional. | careful
04/12/2020 21:56 | Lizard - you must be an even bigger fool if you think someone is going to list their net assets on a public bb. Goldfinger is certainly right in that you are one big fool. A king of fools. | alphorn
04/12/2020 21:51 | Think the rhetoric from Sturgeon might change the minute we've left SM/CU. How it unfolds in the EU once we've left will be interesting. If EU budgets come under increased pressure will they still be making overtures to the Scots and if they do will anyone believe them? Who would the Scots back, a declining EU or a revitalised UK prospering once free? | cheshire pete
04/12/2020 21:49 | Utrick Apparently he is invested in the UK because he went Long sterling!!! Roflmao. Too funny that claim he made. | geckotheglorious
04/12/2020 21:46 | Boris in a difficult position. The EU. veto system means any single country can veto a deal even if 26 other EU countries want one. Back home, most have argued that we would always get a great deal, even Farage. 'the 'easiest deal in history' said Liam Fox. Down to the wire tonight, maybe Macron is not bluffing and wants no deal. A small but loud minority in the UK want no deal. In every instance it is because it does not affect them or their families, some will even benefit from it. Monday markets will significantly open up or down either way. Crunch time after years of negotiating. | careful
04/12/2020 21:03 | Mercenary one trick Pony fk off if your not invested in the UK...go talk about timetables on a swiss board BTW some say globalists others say parasites. | utrickytrees
04/12/2020 21:01 | Never has any Govt been more deceitful since the Harold Wilson era On a ranking u to guess - but no stars Just Thatcher. Disagree ? tell me She was never compromised!!!! | jl5006
04/12/2020 20:56 | Max the leftie media will have a field day Phps the party in office needs to be honest - which it has not been for 6 mths+ | jl5006
04/12/2020 20:52 | cheshire - thank you. Nothing like the gains following GBP down. I can't judge whether this is still theatre or the end game. If it is the end game GBP will fall very quickly and that is the moment to consider opening bullish positions again as it could over react. But best to stay on the side-lines for now as who knows what will happen next; not me. | alphorn
04/12/2020 20:51 | Any one who had a heart - seems gone away We are in x st should press be right. A deal would be an absolute denial of brexit surely u know that BJ | jl5006
04/12/2020 20:44 | CP fingers we just leave. | jl5006
04/12/2020 20:36 | Maxk I'll give 12mths to build volumes. The fukin idiots wont buy into the Brexit vision though cos the thick xxxx's would rather hijack and wreck everything than build a better Britain. The xxxx's are the enemy within. Let's get Brexit out of the way then we can deal with the small matter of Scotland. | utrickytrees |
