24/9/2020 12:55 | And Reality will come to this scenario in about 4to8 weeks. Then moves to normal, real normal. Just my view. | xxxxxy
24/9/2020 12:52 | New coronavirus mutation could be evolving to get around mask-wearing and hand-washingCovid-19 may have become more contagious as it has mutated, the largest genetic study carried out in the US into the virus has suggested... Daily Telegraph. And there ain't no effective covid vaccine and probably wil not be any. Even the flu vaccine is only partially effective....Masks may indeed increase the problem. Think about it...Just going to have to face it. Literally. Get over it and move on. | xxxxxy
24/9/2020 12:32 | Thank you grahamite2, a rational assessment, I notice the very low number of deaths and even lower when the false covid deaths are stripped away. The numbers against a population of 75 million are trivial, you don't close down an economy for these sort of numbers. So what's the real agenda? | lefrene
24/9/2020 12:28 | "Which of the plants on that list would be most likely to produce profits that would pay for top grade cars?" LOL! | minerve 2
24/9/2020 12:17 | lefrene - here's what some top scientists from Oxford say: I posted it before but it's worth seeing again - I've actually added it to favorites. | grahamite2
24/9/2020 12:09 | "meek Post 12302 "The ‘scum’ spreading the virus, deary me. They’re just normal people fed up with the restrictions" Not strictly true. Worst outbreaks are in certain parts of Northern England and London. ie Where ethnic communities are HIGH and don't do as they're told. Such as basic hygiene, not taking the whole extended family to see grandma etc etc. | geckotheglorious
24/9/2020 12:09 | marshall wace must have reduced his shorts today.he better close the lot and everbody will be happy. | sr2day
24/9/2020 12:05 | Minerve i don,t agree with you often,but well said.agree with you entirely on 379. | sr2day
24/9/2020 12:04 | Alphorn, the IMF holds sway over 160 countries, I wonder how the countries outside the IMF are handling this supposedly deadly dangerous disease that only manages on average to kill people of 82.5 years old? One notices that Sweden and South Dakota do not appear in the news, both took a 'herd immunity' approach, and both places are doing ok without deliberate economic destruction happening. This quite plainly is not a deadly disease, because if it were one might expect at least 5% of populations of all ages to perish, ie average age about 45 years. Any straw would be grasped at to allay it, such as hydroxchloriquine a cheap 60+ year old very safe malaria drug, which while not a cure if you have covid, however is a preventative, which as I understand it is how HIV drugs work. Airports are open, with in many cases no testing on arrival in the UK. One might argue it's crass incompetence, or is something else going on? In a true emergency one would not just be relying upon bought and paid for publicly employed science staff for information and advice, but would bring in the best brains from independent sources. I'd love to know what the best independent brains from Cambridge and Oxford have to say about this covid thing. | lefrene
24/9/2020 11:58 | patience is a virtue or else you are dead and others too.just like the market patience is required most of the time.however i do understand not everybody has got nerve of steel.you need the genes or training. | sr2day
24/9/2020 11:56 | Maybe time to do out my garage. | mikemichael2
24/9/2020 11:55 | Fair point Alphorn. As you can see I'm rather clutching at straws here - why is the government behaving in such an extraordinary way? Rational explanations welcome! | grahamite2
24/9/2020 11:55 | Just been sat outside Screwfix in my 'Jazz' waiting to go in for about half an hour, next door is a Hydroponics supplier. 5 top of the range mercs,Lexus and BMW's been and gone with young Asian lads loading boots up with stuff. What's also with the latest number plate trend, they all seem to have these stand off lettering, some with neon edging? Always young Asian lads!! All quite legal, just bonkers. | mikemichael2
