08/9/2020 10:27 | 66.6% of Yanks are NOT going to take a vaccine shot What happens then ? | buywell3
08/9/2020 10:21 | EU will go for a modified Canada deal. There will be a smoke and mirror act as regard to fishing so that it looks like both sides get what they want. Some fudge on Ireland. The level of commerce both ways cant be disrupted that much. The lack of travel will be hurting local EU communities as it is, putting blockers on a free trade agreement would be suicidal right now for both the UK and the EU. Even if the UK were to have some advantage, - consider that, one small island off the coast of europe can operate in away that it causes the economy of the biggest trading block in the world an issue- really!, it's not going to be a game changer. On the other hand, effectively putting on a tariff war will do great damage to both sides. It's all rubbish, the outcome will be virtually no different from what we have. Just boggles the mind on how long it is taking to sort out, when in effect there will be no real change. It is in everyone's interest, politically, to come to an agreement and have tho photos of everyone patting each other on the back. | 1carus
08/9/2020 10:16 | What happens if circa 40% of people do not want to take the vaccine ? IMO this is a very likely event in the USA and here plus Greece and many countries | buywell3
08/9/2020 09:59 | Certainly I assumed Poikka was being facetious. My 10 days wasn't 100% serious either but 10 weeks should be enough. It would be enough for Trump. | grahamite2
08/9/2020 09:55 | Come and save us Canada! Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaa ROFLMAO! | minerve 2
08/9/2020 09:51 | Poikka is clearly being facetious Maaxk :) It wont take 10 years...Not even close. Nor will the Australian FTA. Nor the US one... All Remain lies. | geckotheglorious
08/9/2020 09:51 | What's thick but no surprise where the french protectionist policies are concerned is that you can only buy cigarette papers from stationers & roller skates from fish mongers. | utrickytrees
08/9/2020 09:50 | Jimarilo7 Sep '20 - 22:48 - 313968 of 313996 "Unbelievable: The CDC has quietly updated Covid number to admit only SIX PERCENT of all the 153,504 deaths recorded actually died from Covid. That's 9,210 deaths. 94% had 2-3 other serious illnesses & overwhelming majority were of advanced age. Stunning. So 6% definitely died OF it alone. The rest died WITH IT (ie it enhanced the impact of co-morbidities and increased likelihood such people would die) It isn't the ground breaking newsflash you seem to be interpreting it to be. | geckotheglorious
08/9/2020 09:49 | freddie - while you are thinking, are you suggesting that shares in any UK enterprise should not be bought by foreigners? It may reduce FTSE transactions quite significantly....... Are you just covering foreigners or will you include foreign owned UK registered companies? What about non residents; will they be excluded as well? | alphorn
08/9/2020 09:48 | It is ridiculous Alphorn but if Soros wants to pay me for what I would do anyway then I'm happy to take payment! LOL! | minerve 2
08/9/2020 09:41 | Stoned - if you think that I am a paid poster then your brain has been addled by all the '*' that you post. You are moving from the sublime to the ridiculous. | alphorn
08/9/2020 09:38 | Today's lesson according to freddie: - Buying up uk quotas = no UK assets may be purchased by foreigners. - Buying up uk boats = no interest in exporting any goods. Have you thought this through? | alphorn
08/9/2020 09:25 | 'Oven ready' deal: Well, why haven't you just put it in the oven? Vote Leave: there will be no Hard-Brexit Tory party: the basis of the WA is what you are voting on Liars, liars, liars. | minerve 2
08/9/2020 09:10 | What a pickle: Boris was re=elected on the twin 'ideas' of "Brexit! Get it Done!" along with the clarion call to "Level UP" on the perceived inequalities in the "Red Wall" areas of the UK. Both perceived issues were created by Tory misrule. What a perfect con. | bbalanjones
08/9/2020 08:49 | Have you been on the moon for the last 4 years grahamite? Has Boris actually said any truths yet? LOL Remember, oven ready deal? Do you think he meant 'oven ready clown'? LOL! | minerve 2
08/9/2020 08:48 | Why would it take 10 years Poikka? | maxk
08/9/2020 08:47 | "Trade talks with Canada start today. Should take 10 years, if my memory of what we were told a few years ago hasn't failed me." Well, of course, that depends on the demands of Boris and his lying, deceitful bunch of incompetents. If I was Canada, I would want to know whether I was going to waste my time or not first. You can't do good business with bad people. Perfidious Albion waives the rules. | minerve 2
08/9/2020 08:46 | Should take 10 years... or 10 days, with goodwill and honesty on both sides. | grahamite2
08/9/2020 08:39 | Best Holiday Destination in the world according to global travel brand Conde Naste.....Yorkshire. | utrickytrees
08/9/2020 08:36 | Trade talks with Canada start today. Should take 10 years, if my memory of what we were told a few years ago hasn't failed me. | poikka
