Next time whingeing old farts should just die quietly and let the rest of us get on with living rather than peering through net curtains and worrying about other people all the time.

I don't want another referendum again if it is equally poorly thought out, poorly executed and corrupt.

Minerve,
Post 871: Has it happens the people who are getting paid under furlough are just earning what would be their salary or 80% of it. They are not getting paid twice unless fraud is involved.

I never implied that they were getting twice the money. 80% when pubs, restaurants, cinema’s, holidays etc were closed or not available for months IMO is too generous. What are they going to spend the money on? Hence the reports of many on furlough accumulating unearned money. This in contrast to those who have invested in good faith only to have the income taken from beneath their noses. Criminal IMV

BTW FWIW I voted to remain but accept the will of the people. So please don’t refer to me with the same rhetoric you describe those that voted for Brexit. 👍

Just a last bit of showboating from a clown who will have no union left next year.

Hope the plan for army on the streets after a no deal at Christmas is going well.

The US trade deal certainly is not. Or any others.

It is all the will of the lowest mentally endowed
and gullible though.

Isn’t that a redistribution of wealth?

It has always been a redistribution of wealth whether Labour or Tory. The Tory transfer wealth to the plutocrats and the elite capitalists whilst bribing the morons who think they are capitalists just because they have made a paltry sum on properties.

Dear me.

Poikka,

We effectively had several Referenda since the June 2016 referendum vote.

GE17 - Leave won.
European Elections - Leave won overwhelming.
GE19 - Leave won

Sherman MP needs to be sent to the Tower to rot for the rest of his miserable life.

Dominic Grieve went to Brussels to try and stop Brexit.

The government spent £9m on leaflets supporting Remain.

The BBC spent untold amounts ditto.

Remain spent more than the difference between themselves and Leave than Leave did alone.

Foreign politicians were wheeled-in on behalf of Remain - "back of the queue", remember?

The Russians, we're told, tried to influence the result on social media; although no-one quite knows how (probably paid 5xy, lol).

And still the country said "No thanks" to Brussels.

And yet Sheerman MP says we should hold another referendum. Ah, well.
