13/7/2020 11:15 | Communist China's Silent War Against America Stealthily, surreptitiously, and with sweeping precision, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began a decades-long war against America for world domination by utilizing a military strategy known as “unrestricted warfare” that continues today. Beijing uses an array of subversive tactics, including, but not limited to, propaganda warfare, culture warfare, memetic warfare, front operations, political infiltration, technological and telecommunications warfare, legal warfare, economic espionage, education espionage, cyberwarfare, and sanctions warfare. Exploitation, infiltration, and espionage are all recurring themes. The CCP employs all of them to varying degrees simultaneously in multiple sectors of society in order to undermine or influence the United States—its main impediment to global domination. 13/7/2020 11:07 | Anyone still think it's just the flu?? "A handful of studies about Covid-19 (as well as scholarship on previous coronaviruses) bears this out. Covid-19 infection can have long-term impacts on the lungs, heart, immune system, and even the brain. These include an increased risk for heart attacks, future respiratory infections (including more severe cases of flu), and neurological impacts like cognitive impairment" | geckotheglorious
13/7/2020 10:52 | Maxk the simplest way to close the race wealth gap would be for everyone to have a social security fund & if you fall behind or dont contribute just shoot them. Better still bring back public hangings on village greens etc. | utrickytrees

13/7/2020 10:35 | £705 mil...? They plan to fence off 27 acres Do some weeding and hire a Portakabin Job done...let them in boys Sorry, I know it's nothing like that. The plan is it seems, to set up a customs point 20 miles away from the port of entry/exit They will simply ask every one entering the UK to be awfully nice chaps and drive directly to the inshore customs point...do not pass go do not collect....along the way Thats fool proof isn't it....no one will stray along the way or not follow those instructions to the letter...will they? Well... As it appens mate...the UK Government, taking back control of your boarders, are only going to "phase in" custom checks over a 6 month period!!..to avoid some of the congestion.... In the meantime.. The 27 aces will be a huge lorry park (with no facilities food, bogs, showers) that will be full within a few days....hours? Oh.. Also going to employ an extra 500 custom officers (they just thought of that) to carry out the extra custom checks that they claim are not going to be needed!! And then you arrive at the French custom point...... | smartypants

13/7/2020 10:00 | The simplest way to close the racial wealth gap? Direct cash payments Dedrick Asante-Muhammad Sun 12 Jul 2020 08.30 BST Here’s my proposal: give $20,000 to every American with an enslaved ancestor, every year, for 20 years. We can afford it In order to provide economic security for the formerly enslaved after the civil war, the Union memorably promised African Americans 40 acres and a mule. They never got it. Today, African Americans collectively own just 4% of the nation’s total wealth. For the median Black family, that comes out to just 2% of what the median white family owns. For African Americans to own a share of the wealth proportionate to their 13% of the population, they would require another $10tn. Never mind the mule. The simplest way to build that equity isn’t education – black people with college degrees often earn less and have less wealth than whites without them. Nor can it be to continue on as if things will get better with time. Between 1983 and 2016, the median Black family saw their wealth drop by more than half after adjusting for inflation, while median white families saw their wealth increase by a third. The Black-white racial wealth divide is growing over time, not shrinking. Instead, there’s a growing consensus that a direct cash infusion is required to bridge the racial wealth divide that began in slavery. The first African American billionaire, Robert L Johnson, recently called for a $14tn transfer to Black Americans for that very reason. Long-term and consistent cash infusion could make a world of difference for wealth development, particularly for a community whose median household income is only $40,000. One idea? A 20-year injection of $20,000 annually to every African American who can identify an enslaved ancestor in the United States. For those under the age of 25, their $20,000 a year could be placed in an individual development account. More insanity here: No comment section... | maxk |
