Cummings is goings - everyone's had enough of do as i say, and not as i do. Shame, i thought he was a good asset.

His reasons for travel were valid - but thousands had the same valid reason and thought they couldn't travel ...... or even go for a sit down in the park. No one cares about examining the words used in minute detail to declare it not against advice - we all know it was obviously against the spirit of the advice, Boris better get rid of him asap else he'll be in line for the boot.

Think Cummings will be gone maybe later today or tomorrow...but surely he is getting too much air time....World economies worry out there and Cummings is getting all the attention...

Of course the issue of lockdown or not would not have been needed had De Pfeffle not dithered and delayed around the issue of closing down flights from Italy etc..

Well I never, a prof from one of my old unis, a nobel prize winner in fact, says lockdown may cause more deaths than it has saved.

'Lockdown was a waste of time and could kill more than it saved, claims Nobel laureate scientist at Stanford University'

it's in many papers, but I'll link to the dm so min can trash it that way. So those who say people who questioned the lockdown, gov advice, goc decisions over this aren't all stupid, as many have posted (assuming they accept a stanford nobel prof isn't stupid).

Any comment poik, (as one who i have conversed on this topic a few times over the past long lockdown months)?
